We had a wonderful stay at Amber’s Beachhouse — and so did our pup, Sam! The home is beautifully beachy and thoughtfully appointed with high-end touches. From the cozy, comfortable beds to the well-stocked kitchen and excellent water pressure, every detail made our stay feel relaxing and easy. Amber was incredibly kind, welcoming, and quick to respond to any communication. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing Beach House

Amber was a pleasure to deal with made everything very easy throughout the booking process as I only needed accommodation for overnight as I had a heap of work to catch up and what better place to do it at. Amazing 3 bedroom house with spectacular views all the way up and down the coast line. The private beach access was ideal for a quick swim and surf before getting back into the office away from home. I will definitely be staying again next time I’m in town and highly recommend the beach house you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Amber Steve

The Peace and Quiet We Needed

My family of three came to this location following the death of a loved on. The trip was a last minute decision and this location was the perfect get away. Quiet, beautiful, peaceful, yet, close to everything and anything we needed. The view was spectacular! The sound of the crashing waves was so relaxing each evening. The amentities of the unit were perfect. The beds were very comfortable and we loved having access to the dishwasher, washer, and dryer. We shopped at Vintage Groceries and Pavilion. Both had everything food staple that we wanted. We ate at Neptine's Net, Malibu Brewing Company, and D'Amores Pizza. We've been all over the world and we would come back to this location (and Malibu) again!

Amazing stay

The property was very accurately described on the listing. It was very clean. Garden space is big, comfortable and well maintained. Perfect location , 5 min path walk to the beach which was perfect for our teenager to walk by herself for amazing beach sunset pictures. market area with Starbucks, restaurants and shopping also a walk away. Gourmet Kitchen and well stocked. Plenty of cabinet/closet space available in the kitchen as well as the bedrooms. Although we haven’t used any , there was a canoe, surf boards, bikes available. Julie was very responsive and very helpful. We would absolutely come again!

Malibu Vacation

This trip was one of our favourite trips. Made extra special by our stay in Amber’s beachfront condo. The apartment was perfect. It was cozy and had all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the dolphins and seals before sunset was a dream. Thank you to our host for being so attentive and responsive.

Perfect spot for R&R

My girlfriend and I were looking for a cozy spot to sit by the beach for a weekend. Amber's house was perfect. It's a bright, open floor plan with a wall of windows looking out on the ocean. Nice porch overlooking the beach, and a quick walk down a staircase to reach the sand. Comfortable furniture. A kitchen well-stocked with utensils (but bring your own coffee, tea, etc). Plenty of clean linens. Amber was friendly and responsive. It was an effortless booking and checkout experience, and I hope we can return in the future.

Amazing Beach House

So we looked at several beachfront homes and picked this one because it was so perfect for us. It did not disappoint. It’s a darling 2 bedroom home with great ocean views. The beach is almost empty except for a couple of surfers. The kitchen was great and had everything we could imagine. The home is equipped with great linens, bedding and towels. It’s located at the northern side of Malibu which was nice because traffic was much lighter. Nobu, Mastros, Paradise Cove Cafe and Neptune’s Net were great restaurants and Village Grocery is a great market. It really was an ideal getaway and we will definitely be back. Amber bent over backwards to accommodate us and really made our stay perfect!!

MAGICAL

Quiet, private, magnetic, comfy. Dolphins greeted me almost every morning. Saw a whale too! The birds are fun to watch as well as the surfers. (Most surfers are further down the beach). Great bedding and shower. Truly enjoyed every minute. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic Stay with a Helpful Owner

Great property! Very clean and well-equipped, and everything was as advertised. The owner, Amber, was absolutely fantastic and did so much to make sure that we were all sorted. Great location with easy parking and a few restaurants in walking distance. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

Best Malibu home ever!!

Amber was so helpful for me when I was planning a weekend getaway in Malibu! Not only did she help with the property but she knew all the local hot spots. She was quick to reply and easy to access when I had any questions.

The most incredible experience that I've ever had in Malibu!!!

Hello everyone! We have been staying at this property for 3 nights, and we had such a great time there! To begin with, I had tried to book some houses in Malibu before I chose this one, but Amber was the first who answered to my request, almost immediately. I like to deal with owners who take care of their guests, make them fell comfortable, so does Amber. The property is located on the beach, and we enjoyed walking and watching the ocean, and playing with big waves. The property was extremely fresh, clean and modern, and it has everything that people need, including amazing view and scent of the ocean!!! I just love it! Most beaches are within a short distance such as El Matador, El Pescador etc., so we visited all of them!!! We usually bought food in the Vintage Store, and it was an adventure to go there because we discovered every time something special and delicious!!!
