Terms:

Minimum 2 night reservation required, maximum of 14 nights.

Must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation.

Maximum 6 overnight guests are allowed, including children and infants.

Maximum day occupancy of no more than 8 persons. Please do not exceed these numbers day or night. We are on a septic system and that is what it is designed to handle.

Visitors must be acknowledged ahead of times and authorized by us prior to visiting.

Rental agreement must be signed and returned along with a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID for your reservation to be accepted.

Always use caution when outside, we get daily high winds in our area.

We are in the Desert, which means we have desert critters visiting us outside on occasion ( ie. roadrunners, spiders, lizards ) please exercise caution when outside, wear closed toe shoes and keep doors closed when not being used.

Do not use the fireplace, it is for decorative purposes only.

Security cameras are present at the front of the property for added security.

No parties/events of any kind are allowed. This is a quiet place to get away from the loud hustle and bustle of everyday life. Strict penalties apply.

No loud or excessive noise between the hours of 10pm to 8am. We are in a quiet neighborhood and respect our neighbors' rights to a peaceful night. The City of Twentynine Palms observes “quiet-hours” during this time and is strictly enforced.

No pets are allowed. Even though we love animals ourselves, allergies still trouble a great number of people and we would like to provide a pleasant experience for all our guests. Penalties apply for bringing unauthorized pets.

No street parking allowed, maximum 3 car spaces available on property. RV's/motor homes/trailers/campers are NOT allowed to park on city streets or on property grounds. Garage parking is not available.

No smoking inside the property. Please keep a minimum 15 foot distance from any open windows or doors when smoking outside. Please do not litter, strict fines and penalties apply.

For your safety and the safety of others please do not leave the fire-pit burning unsupervised at any time.
Extinguish all flames after use and when leaving the area. Fire-pit must be supervised by a responsible adult 18 years of age or older. Fire-Pit use may be restricted based on environmental conditions, such as high wind speed or other hazardous conditions.

No flying of drones is allowed. Please respect our neighbors' rights to privacy.

Do not pitch a tent or otherwise camp outside anywhere on property grounds.

Do not enter the closed-off portion of the garage. This is the owners’ private section, it is not for guest use and is monitored by security cameras.

You will be responsible for any and all damages incurred during your stay.

Please respect our house rules, you may be fined and asked to leave immediately and all monies paid will be forfeit if any of our house rules are broken. We appreciate your cooperation, and thank you for understanding.
