This beautiful home in the every expanding city of HERRIMAN boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms with so much space to hang out and enjoy! The kitchen has a HUGE island with everything you need to feel right at home. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, including the Master ensuite as well as a full bath, and a KIDS dream PLAYROOM!! Downstairs is another bedroom and full bathroom and a place to play games and ping pong! Outside is a great playground and plenty of space for the kids to run and get energy out! We are a pet friendly home and they will really enjoy having a place to call their own! This home is located just down the street from some of your favorite places to shop and fantastic restaurants! This setting provided the perfect post-Christmas respite for our family to visit with each other. The home is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen has a massive island which was the center of activity. The beds, linens, and general ambiance of the bedrooms provided a quiet santuary and much needed rest. The finished basement gave everyone room to breathe with another TV, ping pong table, full bath, and bedroom.

Overall spacious house with plenty of room and decently clean. My children loved the kids play area, breakfast at the kitchen island was good, good beds, easy communication with owner. Cons for a house that sleeps 9 we were only able to find 3 wash cloths, some of the dishes that were put away were not properly clean. Would I stay again? YES! Overall a great experience.

Excellent communication with host! House was great! Backyard was great!!! Perfect size rooms with comfy beds. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic location. The community area was wonderful with sidewalks and close by playgrounds.

The house was nice, overall pleasant stay but I was disappointed by a few aspects.Pros:-House is very spacious, lots of room for a larger group-Kid friendly! Toy room, pack and play, outdoor play area, walking distance to a nice parkCons:-Communication: I wasn’t sent checkin information, I had to message the host to ask for it after checkin time. Not ideal juggling travel with two small kids and have to ask for checkin information. Once I messaged, it was a quick reply.-House does not have enough amenities for the size. Only 8 towels but house is advertised for 9 people. We had to wash cups with every meal, cupboards are very bare of dishes. Minimal seating in the living room, could use another couch for occupants to all congregate in the living room.-Cleanliness, the white shower curtain liner in the upstairs guest bathroom was pretty disgustingly yellow/pink, how they get when they are not washed for a long time. I ended up washing it myself and wiping down the baseboard in my bathroom so I wouldn’t have to look at all the dust bunnies/hair. Baseboards all around look like they have never been wiped. Tons of scuffs/dings/dirty marks all over the walls, easily fixable with a magic eraser. It needs a good deep clean to really shine but the shower curtain was disgusting.-I’m not usually bothered by hotel/rental beds but the beds upstairs in the two guest bedrooms are really uncomfortable.-It gets pretty hot upstairs even with the AC going in the dictated range.

This house was great for my family of 6. The location was convenient, and easy to find. The house was clean and the kitchen was big and well stocked. They left snacks on the counter which was a nice bonus that my kids appreciated! Only cons:-The garage door keypad didn’t work at all, so every time we pulled in I had to go through the house to open it. -No master closet, so I couldn’t hang anything up. There was a dresser though. -Another couch in the family room would have been nice for more space to lounge, but that’s a very small issue.

Home away from home

We rented the house in Herriman to be close to family who live there. The location of the house was perfect! Quiet neighborhood, Harmon's grocery store, shops and restaurants all conveniently located near the home. We loved the large kitchen for cooking, the ability to all sit around the dining table to share meals, and each having our own space to spread out. The teenagers especially liked the ping pong table downstairs. Our favorite space was hanging out at the kitchen island. The chairs were very comfortable. Wish I had them at my house! Communication with host was excellent. Professional and personable. We would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

We rented the house in Herriman to be close to family who live there. The location couldn't have been better! Super convenient to Harmon's, a lovely grocery store, and easy on and off freeway access to all things around Salt Lake City. The best is that we had room to spread out in the house, everyone had their own space. The kitchen is huge and made cooking easy for our group and we were able to sit around the table for most of our meals. Our favorite space was hanging out at the island in the kitchen. The chairs were very comfortable. Wish I had them at my house! Communication with the host was excellent! Professional and personable. Would stay again!

Beautiful home convenient to SLC

Liz’s house is an amazing home and conveniently located off the interstate, close to shopping, many food options, and only 20-30 minutes from downtown SLC. Sadly, we only stayed one night! However, this was enough time to appreciate the many bedrooms and comfortable beds. Loved the primary shower…absolutely huge! Given our short stay, we did not use the kitchen, but it was definitely well stocked. The mountains all around provided a relaxing view to finish out our Utah adventure. I would highly recommend a stay here, but longer than one night!!

Very Nice!

This house was very nice. Five stars all around, except for the cleanliness which wasn't horrible. It felt as though no one vacuumed before we got there because there were long, black hairs all over the place and a clump of long, black hair on the floor in the bathroom. The master shower could use a deep clean, too, as there was yellow mildew all over the floor of it. BUT the rest of the house is wonderful and the play area inside and outside were so exciting for my kids. The trampoline and the play structure were the best and they loved it. The house is in a really good area, too.
