This home is conveniently located close to shopping and restaraunts. It is clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing. It has a fully stocked kitchen. A/C works great. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We had no issues and would stay again.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The location is wonderful. Great neighborhood, quiet, but a quick drive to the beaches. Everything in the house was exactly as described and pictured. We loved spending time in the backyard. We even did an outdoor movie night with the patio tv! Our kids didn’t seem to mind that the pool wasn’t heated and enjoyed swimming in it. They also loved the game room. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you needed, including oils and spices. Beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated! Probably my favorite vacation rental stay to date. Would definitely stay again if I was ever in the area. 10/10!

We enjoyed our short stay. The home was equipped with everything you could need. We stayed out on the pool deck most of the time enjoying the sun and outdoor TV seating area. The host responded quickly to messages and check in / out was easy. The pictures are accurate and neighborhood is quiet. Close proximity to restaurants, beaches and shopping. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was in a heavy road construction area which made it very loud, dusty and difficult driving. The bedrooms had carpets, which were filthy. The slider to the pool was extremely difficult to move after I cleaned the track 4 different times and bought silicone spray to lubricate. The backyard pictures was not accurate to pictures. The kitchen was not fully equipped with glasses or utensils or bowls. I would recommend fixing and updating for future renters.

Simple check-in and check-out. Great neighborhood and location. Wonderful pool and backyard TV for fun times outdoors. Major concerns with accuracy in property listing as the house had soggy, water damaged ceilings in (1) of the bedrooms. You need to be careful around the pool deck with loose and uneven bricks. Be careful if you have young kids, or older adults around the pool as there are plenty of tripping hazards.Florida is a warm and humid climate with plenty of pests and bugs. However, it should be expected that the house is clean and no dead bugs are smeared on the wall upon check-in. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case for our trip. You'd like to see a cleaning crew pay closer attention to detail.While there were some other minor concerns, future guests must be aware of the ceiling if it has not been fixed already. This is in violation to VRBO's Book with Confidence Guarantee with there being undisclosed defects. With a fix to the ceiling, attention to the pool deck and better cleaning, I would consider this a nice spot to stay.

Weekend Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this property!!! Everything was very clean and beautiful! The neighborhood is very safe and we felt secure in the home. The interior was perfect for our girls trip! Communication was clear with the hosts through the entire process. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property is so relaxing and just the right size. The home had everything we needed and stores and restaurants are close by. I think we will all miss the beautiful backyard and pool. If we could move to Florida this would be the perfect property. We also were very grateful for the comfortable beds. All in all it was a great stay and if either child decides to attend FAU, will be our go to, to rent for visits. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Relaxing Spring break

My friends and I had an amazing time staying here! The property was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The owners were great with questions we had and quick to respond. Overall, we had a great senior spring break!

Enjoyed our stay so much for my bachelorette party! Katie and Jarrett were timely in answering all our questions and were so accommodating for us. They went above and beyond for us and we sincerely appreciate everything! Made our Florida trip perfect!

Unbelievable Trip!

We had originally picked the Lighthouse Flamingo for its proximity to our family but after our week stay, we realized what a gem this home is. Let me start with safety, you have a fire and police station within walking distance. The house sits on a dead end street so we had plenty of playtime out front without traffic worries. The driveway is huge with plenty of parking. The house is bright, open and welcoming! Every bedroom has ample space to spread out, the beds are extremely comfortable, the sheets are so soft, and they provided plenty of great pillows and comforters. The bathrooms are supplied with quality thick towels, washcloths, and toilet paper. We loved the smell and feel of the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Two huge doors allow flow into the gorgeous back yard which has plenty of seating and space for your entire group. The swing and huge tv were a favorite with the kids. They also have a patio box full of pool toys! The grill worked like a charm and we thoroughly enjoyed being able to spend family time all together, outside. The kitchen is pristine and fully stocked. We successfully made breakfast and dinner every night for 11! The game room kept the kids entertained and our visit to the beach wouldn't have been possibly without the provided beach chairs, toys and umbrella! And bonus points for providing a high chair and porta crib! Thank you Jarett for always being available and patient with us. Honestly, this house is a dream come true!!

Stayed here for four nights - our family of three (one kiddo) and both sets of grandparents. Everyone was very comfortably situated.The outside area was a hit - plenty of pool toys, TV (that we played music on), grill was functioning and was utilized almost daily. The small lizards were very entertaining!Inside the house had most everything we needed. If you are planning on cooking - there are spices, salt and pepper - but bring your own olive oil and such. The fridge did not have the filtered water, so bring water as well. The bedrooms were very roomy and the beds - very comfortable! The game room had toys, only air hockey had no way to be plugged in and the foosball table had to be moved so it won't be on an incline. The big ConnectFour outside also had no bottom so the discs would just fall through. Also, I believe the previous group left chicken wings bones in a few places outside, but we just cleaned those up. You have to drive to the beach, but not far. Also all major stores are nearby to stock up. Great stay for 4 nights with the family, we will save it for future trips. Thank you!!

This was a perfect place for our family. It is well maintained and any questions we had were addressed promptly. The kids (and adults) loved the pool. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.
