Rooms are immaculate within great decor. Beach, fishing pier and children's water park are directly across street.
A great place to unwind and enjoy the sun.
Our rooms are very comfortable. Mattresses and box springs are constantly updated to get the highest quality and comfort to all our guests. Example: King size bed in master bedroom installed Jan 2016 with "Saatva"/ Mattress firm Luxury mattress and box spring. Made especially for our guests in the USA. Best only for our clientel.
No cheap products for our customers. Comfort is number 1.
We rent only for seven days minimum.

Keywords: Fabulous three bedroom two bath condominium at Anastasia Island. Bedrooms included have one king size in master bedroom, one queen size in second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. Price quoted includes all utilities, laundry facility, and cable. Complex built in 2004 offers a unit that is steps to the ocean, across from Anastasia Island fishing pier. Rental quoted is for 7 days and discounts given for extended stay. Monthly discounts available September to March excluding one week prior to Easter. Additional Days at $200 per day. This complex offers a great swimming pool and wonderful ocean breezes. No pets or smoking allowed in complex. Call for details and available weeks. Rental subject to Florida Sales tax and a one time charge for cleaning of $125.00. Departure on holidays will have a cleaning fee surcharge. Holidays are Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Day, New Years Eve and Day. Security deposit is $400.00 that will be returned after inspection. Loud parties are direct violation of condo rules.
Unit includes washer and dryer facilities.
This magnificent condo complex is located within ten minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Shop the fabulous St. George St., enjoy Florida
Note: Prime time holiday rentals do not allow extended days. That means if you need ten days of rent, you must purchase two weeks. Seven days Saturday to Saturday only during these periods of rental. This requirement is initiated because of our remaining days becoming a non rentable entity due to county/HOA set limits. We refer to this as mid week arrivals and departures.

Good condo!

The condo has much to offer and is in a central location across from the St. Augustine pier and beachfront. As noted in the owner's description, the kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely updated, though the carpet seems more dated. Ron agreed to turn off his internal cameras during our stay, although the front and back cameras remain on throughout your visit. Instructions are placed throughout the condo on how to do many things, including cleaning all bath towels and squeegeeing all shower glass after each use. The owner is very responsive to inquiries.

Wonderful location and condo

My family stayed for a week. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We brought beach towels and laundry/dish detergent but didn’t need to. The kitchen had anything we needed to make meals. The location was great. We were able to walk to the beach fairly easily. The condo had a decent sized pool and we used that as often as we could. For entertainment we went to downtown St. Augustine three times. It’s hard to see everything in one day. That is a quick car trip across the Lions Bridge. Parking isn’t too difficult. There are many many shops and restaurants. Something for everyone. We ate at The Conch House, Fords Garage, and Crabby’s. All were very good. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much. Ron was available for any questions and genuinely interested in making sure our stay was pleasant.

Very comfortable week away

The condo was really comfortable for all of us. The owners provided many extras that we didn’t have to worry about which was really nice. Great location.

First time in St. Augustine and this home was in a perfect location to beach and food and other activities. The home was clean, great bathroom and kitchens and had everything our family needed. Thank you Ron!

We enjoyed our stay in beautiful St. Augustine. The condo was nice and fit the bill for our needs. Location was great for the things we wanted to do while visiting. Good beach and pool access was a plus for our kids.

Rain week!

Condo was very well stocked with anything you would need from bath to kitchen. Comfortable beds. Owner very nice and helpful. The only thing I would recomend is replacing carpet in living room with tile or wood. Not great at the beach if you have a small child crawling around. Wonderful showers also.

Beautiful condo!

This condo was beautiful, clean and convenient to everything. This condo had everything you would need for your stay including condiments, coffee and a nice welcoming glass of wine. Ron, the host was extremely helpful with directions, suggestions of where to go and with how to operate everything in the condo. I would defjnitely stay there again!

Spring break family vacation

Our Spring Break family vacation at 102 Seaside at Anastasia was fabulous. Owners Ron and Chris were there to welcome us and explain all information about the condo which really helped. The condo was perfect for our family ages 1-72. The condo was beautifully decorated including many real paintings. The location was close to everything we needed: beaches, restaurants, shopping and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better family vacation. Thank you Ron and Chris for sharing your wonderful property with us.

Sunshine in Marchh 2020

I would recommend this condo for everyone, we made the best choice when we chose this property for our March sunshine vacation break. The owner, Ron, has set his home up with all the wants u need to make ur vacation wonderful. Communication with Ron took all the guess work out of the trip and he made u feel that his home was urs when u were there. Thank you Ron

Christmas in St Augustine!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this St Augustine condo! Location, amenities and the owners were all terrific! The condo has everything you can think of, kitchen is well stocked, everything so clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, which in my mind is so important in a rental property. Thank you Ron and family for your hospitality- we hope to return again soon!

Fantastic!

The owners were fantastic, it was right across the street from the beach, it had a beautiful pool, and it was extremely spacious. We had a slight issue with the condo and the owner drove down from Buffalo, NY, to fix it. THEN he paid for our meal at Mellow Mushroom ($100). What a great group of people. We will be back.

The condo was awesome! Very clean, stocked with everything we needed in terms of kitchen items, paper products, towels, etc. Ron made sure that we were comfortable and everything was to our liking. We traveled with 2 small kids and it was a nice surprise that Ron provided sand toys, beach balls, camping chairs and body boards to take to the beach. The beach and splash pad are a short walk across the road. The condo is right next to Salt Life, which is a great restaurant. It's a short and easy drive to downtown. This was my first experience with VRBO and if I knew every rental would be like Ron's I would never stay at a hotel again. The location was great, the condo was perfect, and Ron's hospitality is amazing. We plan to come back again next year. I would highly recommend this rental!!

Well equipped and comfortable

Our family, including four adults and two little girls, had a great time in St Augustine. Ron's condo was very well equipped, and everything was in pristine condition. There was good communication with Ron both before and after we arrived, and he made sure that we didn't have any questions or problems. Ron provided so many little things that were helpful and appreciated, including laundry supplies and plenty of paper products, as well as beach toys and chairs. Since we love to grill seafood when we are at the beach, it was a disappointment when we realized there was no grill at the condo, but there is a community charcoal grill next to the pool, although we didn't check on the protocol for reserving it. We saw others use it and it seemed fine. The condo community is across A1A from the beach, but it is a short pleasant walk and there are good crosswalks within the block. Very good restaurants within walking distance. Thanks, Ron!

Extremely well equipped and comfortable stay

Ron's condo is extremely well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Bring food and drink. Everything else is there. Ron was engaged host and communicated with us well in advance, the day we arrived, and followed up after we departed. The condo is extremely well located. Close to the beach, restaurants, pizza, ice cream etc. Ron provides guidance on local businesses as well as locations in nearby St. Augustine. We had a great, comfortable, and relaxing week. Thanks Ron!!

Another wonderful stay

This was my family's second consecutive year staying in this beautiful condo. The owners had put in a stunning spacious new shower in the master bath, adding handicapped assisting features making this friendly to all. The owners also put in a Office work area in the Master bedroom that was hidden in an armoire. New tile was also installed throughout. Those improvements make this unit like staying in a five star hotel. When my wife, our children (ages 8-16), and I weren't relaxing at the beach or the pool complex, we were enjoying other activities conveniently located nearby. These included deep sea fishing (marina about 15 minutes), a concert at the Amphitheater (about 5 minutes away) and Flat Boarding through Extreme Sports just over the bridge in Vilano Beach. That was something the kids will long remember. Walking around the City of St. Augustine is always a pleasurable thing to do, exploring the shops, Historic sites, and the restaurants. This year was also exciting as the City was getting ready to celebrate its 450 year, being the oldest City in the US. We all came away from our 10 day stay relaxed once again. The owners could not be more helpful with informing us of new restaurants, shops and activities. The well equipped kitchen allows you to eat in when wanted and makes this dream spot cost effective for families. I would strongly recommend this unit for couples and families of any age.

Perfect!

This was our families first time visiting St. Augustine and couldn't have been more impressed. The condo was immaculate! The owners gave lots of advice on local restaurants and things to do around St. Augustine. If you are looking for a great vacation spot with a clean, well maintained rental, this is it! Our children ages 7-22 loved it and have stated that this is where they want to vacation from now on. We didn't need anything and if we did, the owners were a phone call or text away! We came home rested and relaxed from one of the best family vacations we've ever had. Thanks so much for a perfect week and for making us feel welcomed! Looking forward to booking our next stay!!

If you love the sun, this is the place to be.
St. Augustine offers a huge variety of entertainment with the famous St. George Street. Restaurants a plenty, sightseeing that will keep you busy for days, and yes- the beach is fantastic.
