* The area between these two bedrooms features a Double/Twin bunk bed, tv, and access to the upper deck with ocean views
* Hall bath has a tub/shower combo
* WIFI and Cable are included

The first-floor ocean view deck has a 6 person dining table and chairs with ocean views.
The top ocean view deck offers seating to enjoy the sun!

Under house entertainment space with bar seating, 65” smart tv, chairs to relax, gas grill, and 2 person swing and hot/cold private outdoor shower.

Primary guest must be age 30+ to rent and be present for entire stay

Must be 25+ with valid driver’s license to operate the optional custom 6 seat limo golf cart (Guest responsible for Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage and any applicable fines).
