Closer to your stay, the Golfview community boasts a shared pool and close access to the Gatlinburg Golf Course.

Creature comforts abound in the welcoming interior of your stay. The enclosed porch boasts a private hot tub, whereas the full kitchen ensures all of your home-cooked meals are prepared with ease. When extra warmth is needed, the gas fireplace and large TV in the living room are perfect to snuggle up around. A second fireplace and full-sized jetted tub are available in the primary bedroom. Additional perks include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a gas grill.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
