In the summer, youā€™ll love exploring the nearby bike paths and Frisco Bay Marina on Lake Dillon. You and your group (including the family pup) will love it!

Fifth Avenue Retreat is a premium 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome thatā€™s perfect for families or groups of up to eight guests. The living area features comfy couches for relaxing and conversation; thereā€™s also a family room area with a large sectional couch, a gas fireplace, and a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features large granite counters, stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear youā€™ll need to whip up fantastic mountain meals for your group. Thereā€™s seating for eight at the dining table and room for two at the breakfast bar.

Outside, thereā€™s an enclosed backyard with a nice patio featuring a private hot tub, a gas grill, and plenty of room for your four-legged friend to run around! Other amenities include complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer in the home and a one-car garage (smaller car only) with driveway parking for two additional vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Exactly what we wanted

We have an excellent stay. The property was perfect for my husband and I, our two teenagers and our dog. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved how close it was to Main Street. Our teens often walked into town for ice cream. We were able to take our dog on multiple hikes, walking right from the property. Would love to stay again.

We had a great stay at this property! The location was superb; it was a quiet area but just a short walk to Main Street, where we enjoyed exploring the many wonderful local businesses. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, matching the Vrbo photos and description perfectly. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after busy days out, though it would have been nice to have a few pool towels provided instead of using extra bath towels. Communication with the management team was generally excellent (quick, helpful, and easy), though it was clear the property is managed by a third-party company, which occasionally made coordination a little more confusing as it wasnā€™t always clear if the communications that were not directly coming from Vrbo were legitimate. One thing that I wish had been clearer was the payment process; having the option to pay in full upfront would have saved an extra credit card fee later on. Overall, the stay itself was excellent, and we really enjoyed our time here!

Great location!

The place worked great for us and our pup for Christmas. The backspace isn't large, but big enough. Being just a block off Main Street, you have so many shops and restaurants right at your finger tips. The fireplace was used throughout the day with the frigid temps. It was nice being gas so we could quickly turn it off an on!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I traveled to Frisco for two weeks and had a lovely stay at the Fifth Avenue Retreat. We've stayed in Frisco many times, and this place is definitely a great value in the area. It's location just a block and a half off of Main Street makes it perfect for a casual breakfast at Butterhorn's and getting a mid-day lunch or coffee. We stayed in the winter, so we especially appreciated the heated garage (large enough to fit a Jeep Grand Cherokee), fenced in backyard, private hot tub and gas fireplace. There were a few very minor cons to be aware of. First, we were working remotely from there, and the Internet speed seemed to be slower than most places in the area. We could still stream our favorite shows without any interruptions, but when we tried to download large files or participate in video calls, the internet sometimes struggled (we overcame the video call issue by having MSTeams call our cell phone instead). Second, the kitchen is a hodge-podge of plates, glasses, pans, etc. Some rentals you can tell are setup to be rentals with exactly what you need for a stay; whereas others appear to be a compilation of what someone's acquired over the years. In the kitchen, this unit appears to be the latter. Then third, for what this unit costs, it baffles me that they have low-quality tissues, toilet paper and paper towels. This is unfortunately common in most rentals across the area, but it's frustrating when on our first day there we have to go out and buy Kleenex, Charmin and Bounty.Those three cons are all very minor and easily fixable, so with all of that being said, this was a wonderful place for our 2-week winter "workcation" in Frisco, and we would gladly return in the future. =)
