Conveniently located in Silverthorne, 20 minutes from Keystone and Arapahoe Basin ski areas, and 25 minutes from Breckenridge and Copper Mountain, this is an ideal mountain getaway that's far enough away to offer the quiet of a mountain neighborhood, while not sacrificing the convenience of being a short car ride away from the slopes.

This property also has a private hot tub for relaxing after the slopes. Come into a wide open, modern living room with great views of the Williams Fork Range. Sit back by the beautiful stone fireplace and sip on a cup of hot cocoa, watch TV, and enjoy time with family and friends in this modern mountain getaway!Swing on into a modern, updated kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, and all of the utensils you need to make a home cooked meal after a hard day on the slopes in winter or mountain biking or sailing during the summer.

Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms with amazing views of the mountains, each with their own bathroom for your convenience. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a tub looking out over the pond. After a hard day on the slopes, the trail, or the lake, relax in your own private hot tub with gorgeous views of the pond and the Williams Fork and Gore mountain ranges. Perfect space

We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms were the perfect size and plenty of bathrooms is always a plus. The location was perfect and not too far from everything.

Great propery for our stay

Stayed 2 nights so my granddaughtet and son could ski in Breckenridge. We were very comfortable in the home and the host was very quick to respond to any quwstions that we had. Would highly recommend thos home!!

Perfect mountain escape

Loved the property! Great location in Silverthorne, quiet but close to restaurants and shopping. The mountain pond just off the patio is perfect for kayaking or just sitting next to and taking in the views.

Great Accommodations in a Great Location

The living area was great, the upstairs was spacious, a bathroom for every bedroom, and the views from all bedrooms were beautiful. We loved hanging out on the patio! One of us used the kayak on the pond while others used the hot tub. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. We enjoyed walking on the paths right outside the front door along the Blue River. We had a wonderful weekend!

Lovely Home

We had a great time in this property while visiting Colorado for our family ski vacation. Great location! The home is beautiful and spacious. I would definitely book this property again if I'm visiting this area of Colorado. Highly recommend!

Annual Family Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room for the five of us and our dog. The kitchen had all the essentials and the beds were very comfortable. The skiers loved the hot tub after skiing at the nearby resorts. The neighborhood was great for walking our dog along the blue river trails.

Great location

Nice property that has a wonderful location close to many ski hills. Check in and communication were great. Only downside is what others mentioned-property is somewhat worn. Many sinks need replacing, bathrooms are outdated, and the trim is really banged up and could use a paint job. Garage is too small for a large SUV (our Tahoe definitely wasn’t going to fit). Many pluses though like three bedrooms allwith baths, hot tub and nice quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the host too!

Wonderful place to spend with family!

Beautiful setting, private and very peaceful. Beds were very comfortable. Close to the Blue River, the Ponds and the bike trail. SO much to do from this "base camp" in Summit County. The office staff were very professional and helpful anytime I call them. We will rent again!

Amazing Stay!

What a great getaway! This house had everything we are looking for. We had the thought wow, they really did think of everything from the towel warmer to the boot dryer to the ski racks in the garage. This was such a great rental and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and especially the private hot tub! The staff at Sky Run was also super nice, helpful, and accommodating. We will certainly be back! would recommend!!

Family Ski trip

Our family was in town to ski. We found this beautiful property to stay at. It was very clean, spacious, and a great location to access local ski areas. The beds were very comfortable. There are plenty of towels and extra linens. The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Family House on the Lake

We had a wonderful family of 5 stay at Ponds on the Blue River. The very clean house with 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths was plenty of space for our family and visiting friends. The kitchen was stocked well and was roomy so more than one cook could be in the kitchen at a time. The bedrooms were also roomy and the beds were comfortable. We loved the outdoor space and we used the grill, hot tub, and kayak while we were there!! Sky Run was great to work with, the hot tub needed some shock and there was someone adding shock within the hour....great service! We have been coming to the area for 10 years and this condo has fallen into the 1st place slot!! We will be renting Ponds Blue River again on our return!!

Great Ski Location in Silverthorne

Location is great to ski anywhere. Good to have a full bath /BR + Powder room. Enough seating LR and DR for 6 people. Hot tub was private, but small. Loved towel heater! Kitchen OK size, but could use a few more pots/pans. Did appreciate slow cooker. In general, house is worn and needs some repair and updates. The shower water is an issue, became hot to cold for no reason, difficult to get a consistent temperature. Mattresses need replacing, many sinks had rust stains and shower handle broken (although usable). Front door lock also needs repair or replacement, did not work properly. With a little TLC, would be 5 Star.

Condo is nice; but VRBO/SkyRun was less than helpful

Great view, clean and well prepared for guests; however, a few repairs or refreshes are needed: -powder room sink needs porcelain repair (rust coming through); -no door stop in powder room; -one bathtub stopper won’t stay up, nor come out, for shower and leaves you in standing water unless you prop it up with a cloth; -queen mattress needs replacing; -Throw pillows on blue leather sofa and loveseat need replacing (worn out); -1kitchen drawer can’t be opened due to new knob replacement (too big); -1 kitchen drawer won’t open due to cabinet door needing adjustment; -1 living room curtain not secured properly on the rod -touch up paint needed in places (powder room door trim and window sills); -outdoor patio cushions need refresh. Same for outdoor umbrella. —Never received entry code via email or text by check-in as promised. Spent an hour outside on the phone with VRBO/Skyrun trying to get the entry code! They even tried to tell us we were eligible for a rebooking elsewhere! Their customer service reps were less than sympathetic.
