Anchor's Away Cottage on Big Spirit Lake is the perfect spot for your next lakefront vacation. Nested on a private drive you'll this home is best suited for swimming, kayaking, boating, and nights around the firepit. Just a mile into town you'll find groceries stores, convenience stores, and restaurants. Anchor's Away offers a master bedroom with Queen sized bed, on-suite bathroom, and TV. The second bedroom has two Twin beds and a TV, and the third bedroom offers a Full bed. There is a second full bathroom in the property and all towels and linens are provided. There are two flex sleeping spaces in the living room and family room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need and there is a six person dining table. Outdoors on the patio there is additional eating and sitting spaces along with a grill. Plenty of parking for up to four cars. Kayaks are provided but bring your own lifejackets! Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
