We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay was impacted by multiple issues, and we sincerely regret the level of inconvenience you experienced. We do want to clarify that the shower leak in Unit 2 was addressed the same day it was reported, and our maintenance team responded promptly. Additionally, the situation regarding the animal found outside was addressed immediately once it was brought to our attention and handled as quickly as possible given the circumstances. However, several of the other concerns noted were not reported to us during your stay, which limited our ability to respond and resolve them in real time. We always encourage guests to contact us as soon as anything arises so we can take immediate action and prevent further disruption. That said, we take your feedback very seriously. The cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition issues you’ve described—including plumbing, fixtures, and furnishings—has been shared to both the building management and the maintenance team. We’re very sorry that your experience did not reflect the standards we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention in detail.
