We chose Alta Bella for its elevated views over Chalk Sound’s extraordinary turquoise water and the peaceful sense of privacy. The colors shift from luminous teal to vivid blue with the light, making time on the upper terrace, pool deck and ocean deck feel special throughout the day.

Here, we could create the place we wanted to share with our guests, private spaces to retreat, and the water right at our doorstep. Swim, paddle or explore the sound, then come together for dinner overlooking the ocean.

Two beautiful sandy beaches, Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay, are just a short drive away, along with waterfront dining at Las Brisas. Taylor Bay even attracted television legend Dick Clark, who once owned a vacation home on its shores.

Alta Bella Villa is exclusively yours during your stay. The entire property and all amenities are private for your group, with nothing shared with other guests, whether you book the 6-bedroom or 8-bedroom configuration. Bedroom and casita access corresponds to your reserved configuration.

Enjoy the oceanfront pool, 12-person hot tub, Nordic Spa with sauna and cold plunge, fully equipped gym, and private dock with direct access to Chalk Sound. Explore the water with our kayaks, paddleboards, Schiller water bikes, snorkeling equipment, and AquaBana floating lounge.

You’ll also have full use of the main villa’s kitchen, dining and living areas, outdoor gathering spaces, and on-site parking.

We recommend renting a car to explore Providenciales and enjoy the island at your own pace. Alta Bella Villa offers ample parking for 4–6 vehicles, with private entrance and exit gates. Grace Bay’s main tourist area is approximately a 25-minute drive away, while nearby beaches and restaurants are just 5 minutes by car. Guests also enjoy jogging through the neighborhood or strolling to Taylor Bay Beach for a beautiful sunset.
