Totally new home has 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom with a king sized bed, two night stands, a full size bench and a ceiling fan. The master-full bathroom has dual sinks, and a wheelchair-accessible standing tub.

Bedrooms 2 + 3 are both queen sized beds, with a night stand, a brand new ceiling fans, and walk-in closets in both bedrooms. The second full bath is equipped with a large counter dual sinks, and full shower.

The kitchen is fully stocked with brand-new appliances: has a 5 burner electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and toaster. As well as brand-new cutlery, pots and pans, and dishware. There is also a teapot, and a Keurig K-Duo Plus Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker.

The dining room consists of a large farmhouse table with 7 chairs - perfect for family meals! Great views of the lake from the dining table as well.

The living room has a 55-inch smart TV, full size couch and 2 large cozy leather chairs + ottomans, and 2 comfy sitting chairs as well.

The sun-room is the perfect room for late night cards, reading, the kids playroom, all with beautiful views through the picture windows! This room includes a large round copper table with 5 seats, a full sized couch that pulls out into a comfy king-sized pull-out bed for extra sleeping as well. There are curtains and doors for this to be it's own room if you choose!
Both front and back patios have seating for the beautiful sunrise and sunsets, as well. Back patio area has lay flat outdoor chaise / lounge chair. The back patio chairs include 4 comfortable Adirondack chairs for long evenings outside. The outdoor grill is easily is great for cooking at home. The kayaks(two one double seat and one single) are a great way to see the Lake There is a full sized washer/dryer set in the laundry room that you are welcome to use. As well as a pantry with additional space for food and appliances for your use.
Guest access
The garage and one of the closets in the master bathroom will be locked. A standard size portable crib / pack-and-play can fit in any bedroom, as well as the master closet. (*no crib will be provided with the house).

This home is easily accessible and GPS takes you directly here. It has a large front driveway with ample parking. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children while on premises. Use of any of the amenities throughout the property is at your own risk. Please note that this property is located on a canal/main body of water with direct access to water.
