Bright n’ Breezy Waterfront Lake Granbury Getaway!

Cindy, thank you for your feedback and for keeping the house clean and following the house rules. We appreciate it. We strive to maintain a rustic feel in the back area to ensure privacy for our guests. From the covered deck, you can usually enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. We apologize if the weather affected your ability to fully appreciate the scenery during your stay. Your input is valuable, and we will consider your suggestions for sprucing up the area to enhance our guests' experience.

From the owner: "Hi Jo, we were surprised and disappointed by your review. We feel that we deserve all of the wonderful 5-star reviews we have received for our property. We work hard to maintain a clean and fully-stocked home where people can relax and make new memories with friends and family. We also feel we are not overpriced for what we offer and give to all our guests. We're glad you mentioned that it was clean and well-stocked for your special dinner. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests."

Hi Gail, we’re grateful for your detailed feedback and want you to know that we take your comments seriously. After sharing your concerns with the homeowner, they wanted to let you know about the actions taken to address these issues:- Upon hearing about the grout condition, they promptly hired a contractor to remove and reinstall the grout in the master bathroom shower to ensure it meets high standards of cleanliness.- The cleaning service, which has been reliable over the years, has been notified of your feedback and asked to be especially vigilant about the living room furniture and rugs going forward.- The homeowner is actively evaluating options to extend handrails on the stairwells to improve safety and accessibility for future guests.Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. We’re confident these improvements will help ensure an even better experience for future guests, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!
