The first thing one notice about the Athlone is its superb location offering privacy and views. It is on the ski mountain, set above Après Ski Road, on a semi private lot, overlooking the south valley.

From inside the home, the windows in the back face up the mountain, where you can view the movement of the gondola up the ski hill. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to the gondola (about a third of a mile) and mountain village or steps away to catch the Free Bus.

Upon entering the home the welcoming foyer that opens to the first bedroom greets you. The bedroom contains a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top. The foyer also, has a full bathroom and a laundry room.

From the foyer, wide stairs lead you up to the main level. This floor has spectacular views and the ideal location to view the balloon festival or the evening alpen glow of the setting sun.
There is a bedroom with a queen bed, and full bathroom. Also, on this level, is the dining room, with balcony access, a full kitchen, dining area and the living room.

The top floor has the primary bedroom, with a king size bed and dresser. From the windows, there are views in both directions of the valley and up the mountain. The master bedroom also has has dual sink vanity and a full bath.
