On the lower lobby floor (LL), there is a small convenience store and a hangout area, with a pool table, ping pong table, chairs and a TV. But, there is also a Walgreens right beside the building as well.

There is free valet parking for your car.

On the third floor, there is an Olympic regulation pool, and a fully equipped exercise room as well.
