Very clean house

The house was very clean, communication with the host was very quick if we had any questions. Only thing is pool is a bit small, but other than that everything was great!

Great House! Great Location! Great Stay!

Had a great time at Roberts house. Super fun place to stay and a great pool. Very modern house that was very clean. We were able to visit both San Marcos and Austin. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Fantastic house

This house is absolutely fantastic - big, clean, nice pool and with everything you can wish for in a kitchen (we like to cook). Easy check in/out. We will highly recommend!

Family Birthday party

Great place to hold a party for a group our size. Amenities were perfect for a larger group and there was plenty of space. We greatly enjoyed the swimming pool and the deck and chairs made it easy for us to all be outside. The rooms were very nice and the beds were quite comfortable. Very nice stay!

Nice Property for our San Marcos HS Trip

we liked the property, huge driveway, easy to use electronics, good book, but wish the pool was bigger, they really used prospective in their picture to make it appear larger. would stay again once the pool warms up

Thanks for the feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the house—huge driveway, easy electronics, great guest book. As for the pool… yeah, the photos definitely played some perspective magic. Those loungers next to the pool? Apparently, they didn’t get the memo to also appear larger. While the pool looked Olympic-sized in the pictures, in person it’s more “refreshing dip” than “cannonball contest.” Still, we’d love to have you back once it’s warm enough for a splash!

Regional Girls Basketball Road Trip

Property was great, just as indicated online. Landscape out front does need some TLC, but the inside is amazing! Wished we could have stayed longer to truly enjoy all the amenities. The pool area is so nice and peaceful. Thank you for allowing us to create some more family memories!

River weekend

The house is beautiful and just what we needed for a little weekend getaway! It’s upgraded and exactly like the pictures! Nice quiet neighborhood! Beds were comfortable. House was clean. Pool was nice. We will be back!!!

Quaint getaway close to San Marcos and Austin

It was AMAZING! We have stayed in many rental properties across the nation. This wonderfully updated modern home was far the BEST we have ever stayed in. Communication was top notch! There was so much planning that went into this home it blew our minds. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. If we are ever in the area again just know we’ll be booking with you!

Very relaxing

The neighborhood is very quiet. House is updated and modern. This is one of the more equipped rentals we’ve stayed in. Black makeup towels, pool towels, snacks, board games, coffee and laundry pods. They even supplied shampoo/conditioner and body wash. I was impressed.

Nice property

Me and two friends went to the FIA WEC race at COTA and stayed for 3 nights. The house was a great house for us and was comfortable to stay in. The kitchen/dining area was very large with a lot of dishes and utensils. The backyard is more of a sitting area but it's very well kept and pretty. There is also a small garage that we were able to pull our car into. There is one master bedroom with its own bathroom and a door out into the back patio area. There is another decent sized bedroom with a large TV in it. Then there is one kids room that is smaller and it has a small TV. The second bathroom is in the hallway. The living room area is also of ample size with a large TV in it. The only thing that sort of surprised us was that the 3rd bedroom was a little small, and the pool was much smaller than it looked like in the pictures online. These aren't issues and didn't mess with our stay, they just surprised us. Also note that the driveway has sharp angle coming off the road so if you drive a car it will probably scrape. My friend's Honda Accord did, so he had to be very careful pulling into and out of the driveway. We brought some of our own food to prepare and it was easy to cook on the stove and the property has a dish washer so we were able to clean up after. We had a really good time on our trip and were able to hang out on the patio and in the living room in this property. It was really good for what we were doing.

We loved the area for accessibility to the best shopping (San Marcos Outlets are only 15 mins away!) and lots of great food options, plus over 20 new restaurants that opened in Kyle just this year. Downtime Austin is a quick 30 mins, so we love to expxlore downtown but then sneak away to our quiet neighborhood. San Antonio is an hour away and is a fun day trip to explore while you're in town.

If you have favorite foods your craving let us know and we'd be happy to share our favorite local reccomendations.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love this house for being in a small, quiet neighborhood but just a 5 min drive from shopping and food. The provate pool in the backyard is surrpunded by beautiful old trees for a feeling that you've stepped far out of the city.
