You can enjoy breathtaking views from our roomy, 3-sided porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Great sunsets plus dolphin and manatee sightings! The quiet beach is right beyond the pool. Great for walks, sunbathing, seashell finding, people watching, paddle boarding and so much more. Our building with only 12 units has its own pool, beachfront on a new paver deck. There are plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. Also, several tables and chairs for your use. 2 private bathrooms are poolside.
Our beautiful unit is located on the 2nd floor and is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Two of the bedrooms have a king-size bed and the third bedroom has two full-size beds. The Master bedroom overlooks the beach with its own en suite bathroom. Enjoy an oversized shower after a great day on the beach. Also equipped with 2 sinks. The hall bathroom, shared by 2 of the bedrooms, also has 2 sinks and a new deep bathtub/shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preps. Dry Bar has its own mini fridge for extra beverages. A 65” big screen tv is in the living room and each bedroom has its own tv. Ceiling fans throughout. Private full-size washer and dryer.
Our location is awesome. Walking distance to restaurants. Convenience store and playground across the street. Minutes to famous Johns Pass Village with over 100 shops and restaurants. Also, access to water sports, dolphin cruises, fishing boats, dinner cruises, and even a Pirate ship! Tons more to do in Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Pass A Grille, and Dunedin.

Our condo is family friendly and condo restrictions are in place to keep it this way.
Rental Restrictions - One rental per month, we do not rent week to week.
We maintain a strict minimum 14-day rental policy and offer a significant discount for full-month rentals.

The condo association has a maximum capacity of 8 people, which counts children above the age of 5. The condo association strictly enforces the occupancy code.
