Great Location!!! Crescent Beach in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Only 20 minutes away from airport. Have your morning coffee looking straight out into the ocean!

Building built in 2007, 8 th floor, outdoor pool, indoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness room, game room, covered parking in building, and ocean view from patio.

In the unit: washer and dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher and stainless steel refrigerator/stove/microwave, granite counter tops, 42' flat screen TV, flat screen TV in bedroom, cable TV, wireless internet.

Policies: Non-smoking and no pets unit.

Nearby: Outlet shopping centers, restaurants, mini-putt, golfing, minor league baseball, and riverboat casino.

Perfect location just a short walk to the beach. Place was great for 2 people. Very spacious sofa bed was fairly comfortable king sized bed was comfortable although 1 extra blanket was needed. I don't drink coffee but there was a coffee pot and a kuerig. Nice oven and microwave but we didnt use. Washer and dryer was a nice touch. Had some internet issues but hosts were very accommodating on getting it fixed. Spectrum had to come out and hook up new router but didn't damper our stay. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

July 4th Getaway

Check in process was simple. Communication with owner before our arrival via email was great & very convenient. Property was clean. Condo has on site washer/dryer. I like Malibu Pointe (condition of bldg, and family oriented) The homes(?) behind the resort & Hotel in front..are out dated~ almost eye sores. We enjoyed our stay (2nd time) The jacuzzi bathtub was absolutely Amazing. My birthday & July 4th fireworks were awesome. Good memories were made. We definitely want to stay again.

Great time

Very quiet neighborhood. A block from beach so we walked daily. A mini mart across the street that is nice to have for things that you may have forgotten. Hand scooped ice cream across street also that is very popular. Pool and exercise room was a plus.

Great place to stay.

Condo is a good size for 2 people. Very comfortable. However the cleaning people need to be more careful removing the dust on the floorboards etc. Good location and Malibu point is not too big with too many people. Great place to stay.

The condo was excellent and very clean. Great location. Quick walk to the beach. The only problem was the shower. It was very hard to get the shower to work. Extreme difficult to pull the shower on I would like to book the condo for next January. From the second to the 30th At the same price or a slight increase Again extremely please with the condo

Convenient, Quiet, Clean, Close to Beach

It is in a good location, quiet, clean, across the street from the beach. Has it's own pool and hot tub. Close to all major roadways. I would recommend to everyone.

Great place for our first family vacation!

The condo was larger than expected, quick walk to the beach, ice cream shop and beach ware store were very close. Over all we were very pleased with our stay. Very happy to have the washer/dryer, the ac worked great, and the bathroom was spacious. Easy to find building, plenty of garage parking, quick access to the condo via keypad, and used a bellhop cart to easily transport luggage up the elevator. This is a trip we will never forget!

Great location to the beach!

Pros: Location to beach was excellent. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Condo was large and very well described. Cons: Confusion on email information regarding check in/check out requirements. (Owner answered questions quickly) Bed was not comfortable at all. Very hard. Condo could use some updates. Still enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Solo mama trip with kids

I am a single mother traveling with 2 kiddos and this property was perfect! The amenities were fantastic, something to do even if it rains. And the unit was amazing, just like being at home.

Great place

The condo was great. It's just across from the beach and close to many other area attractions. It is well equipped and clean. We plan on using this condo again.

Overall good

The condo was the right amount of space. Could use some updated paint and bed linens. The refrigerator doesn't get very cold. I would have liked to see more comfortable patio furniture. Overall not bad.

Every thing was great..just because of the covid 19 malibue pointe had their pools and hot tub closed and this is main reason we rented for the few days because I do not get in ocean..it was disappointing knowing I could not get in pool

In need of attention

The location is great. However, The property is in need of attention. Washer doesn’t work properly, not enough hot water, element may be broken, the smell of cigarette smoke was unbearable especially with asthma. The pool and work-out area was closed down and not posted on the rental ad. Very disappointed in the property for the price.

Overall A Good Property

Location to the beach was excellent and the beach itself was beautiful and clean. The building is well taken care of. The area itself was ok....the large garbage dumpsters that were visible in numerous places were a bit off putting. The unit itself was clean but could do with some freshening up and updating with regards to paint and furniture, especially in the bedroom....that part was a bit disappointing and did not seem as it appeared in the listing.

Dirty unit that is poorly ran and managed.

Filthiest unit I’ve ever rented!! Upon checking in we immediately found a floor full of dirt and sand, dusty furniture, food crusted on furniture, hairs everywhere on bath linens and master bed sheets and bathroom sink and shower, filthy!!! It was almost as if the cleaners were blind or didn’t clean. Sonia sent someone to reclean and they did nothing besides sweep my dust pile up and straighten the bath curtain (even after I had already given her a list and pics). So I had to spend 2 hours of my time day 1 cleaning and rewashing linens because they were so bad, not to mention the time spent emailing back and forth. Sonia suggested a 3rd clean but this was on day 2 and I had already cleaned it enough to feel comfortable with my kids being in the shower and on the bed. Communication started off being good with Sonia but quickly faded to no responses and quiet frankly she didn’t seem to care. I’m still waiting for her to reply to my day 3 of my day 5 stay. She’s located in Canada which seemed to me misleading on the listing. This was almost more frustrating to me then the dirty unit which was out of her control to some extent. Her lack of response says a lot. Checkin/out is super inconvenient as you have to pickup/drop off the keys to a prop mgt company offsite. The mgt company location is inconvenient and involves crossing a draw bridge that required a 20 min wait for us one way. Most units allow you to atleast leave the keys on the bar at checkout but you have to physically lock this door. It’s 2019, keyless entry is the only way to go for rentals. Location of the unit is directly across the street from the beach. Beach access is super easy, even with having to cross the street with small kids. The only pro to this unit is it’s a larger condo, with a larger master and bathroom. The parking garage is a few stories of nothing but tight spaces. We saw 2 people during our 5 day stay scrape the wall or tap a car when trying to park. My kids loved the lazy river area, and the pool area seemed to be clean and well kept. Overall the unit has great potential but we won’t be staying here again due to the lack of communication with the property owner and lack of cleanliness in the unit.

Perfect for small family1

This was our 2nd year renting from Sonia and staying here. She is wonderful to work with and was very accommodating! Perfect size condo for a family of 3-4. Great view of the ocean from the balcony too. The only minor complaint (which I wouldn't even consider it a complaint) was that the vacation rental company where we picked up keys had changed their business hours on Friday so when we got there at 4pm the office was closed. There was another gentleman there trying to get into the lock box and the people on the phone just didn't seem to know how to get us in the box to get our keys so it took a little while. Other than that, it was great! Thanks again Sonia for working with us and for the great deal!

A Beautiful View and a Comfortable Stay

I was extremely impressed with the room I rented for my boyfriend and I. The initial process of requesting the room through VRBO was extremely easy. It was set up in a shotgun style, and had a private room, bathroom, full kitchen (which helped us on food expenses), and a beautiful view from the balcony at the very back. I was a little disappointed that there was a large building directly in front of us (and pictures didn't depict that), but this did not at all impact our ability to enjoy the sounds of the ocean (we often collected our thoughts at night by listening to the calming sounds), or see the beach behind it from either side of the building in front. The walk to the beach was only a block, so this made it easy to enjoy the beach during the day, and quickly get back to change to enjoy the nightlife. In addition, since you are beachfront, it is extremely easy to walk to get food, or drive a short way to enjoy everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. The space was clean and I will never stay in a hotel again. Thank you for everything, and I highly recommend this space if you want somewhere quiet to enjoy. Even though this rental is for adults 25+, know others in the building may bring their children. Be aware that if you stay with this location, you will need to pick up your key from a separate entity about 3 miles from the room. Note to the renter: Please update the address for the room and be more explicit in directions for picking up the key as this was confusing when we were driving in. That's not a complaint, just something that would be extremely helpful for your out of town folks. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

My husband and I purchased this property on one of our trips down to Myrtle beach, we loved the location and the area. We are Canadian and now travel there 2 twice a year and rent the unit all year round.

We are located on the North side of Myrtle beach.
The area is very quiet, close to shopping, The unit has a closed bedroom, Sofa bed ( for children) washer and dryer in the unit, a full kitchen,large bathroom. From the balacony, you can sit down and enjoy the beautiful ocean view.
Right across the street is bar retro Molly Darcy for a night out.
