I would absolutely recommend this property! You can tell that the owner put a lot of thought into furnishing and stocking the unit. The kitchen was the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in. The location is absolutely perfect. 20-30 minutes from the airport, Ark, and Creation museum (kinda in the middle of all of them) 5 minutes from a grocery store and other shops. It is an ADORABLE historic home. The only warning I have is that all of the bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are very steep. The floors slant in certain places like all historic homes. Little kids that are new to walking or people with borderline mobility issues might have a hard time.

This home was just as listed. Really neat house nicely re-done and updated. Nice little living room space for TV time. We didnā€™t use the kitchen but it was really nice . All bedrooms were very nice. Both bathrooms were clean and updated as well. Outdoor space was really neat just too cold when we were there to enjoy it. As listed there is a railroad track behind the home but wasnā€™t a reason not to stay there in my opinion. We visited the Ark encounter and the Creation Museum during our visit and this home is located between the 2 and close to Florence for plenty of dining and shopping choices .

Nice house with easy access and good parking. Beautifully decorated with nice rooms sizes with all bedrooms on the second floor. Beds were very comfy. Overall we had a very nice stay during our visot to the area. It is very close to train tracks but they were not overly loud as they went by.
