The 3rd sleeping space is downstairs with a queen bed. The 4th bedroom is downstairs with 2 single bunk beds. 3rd bath is downstairs with shower/tub combo. The downstairs also has a living area with TV that walks out to the back yard and hot tub. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the dining area with seating for 10.
