PTCC FAIRWAY-1/2 ACRE ON THE FAIRWAY! Exceptional Experience...

This vacation rental is perfect for the whole family to enjoy the Country Club fairway views in the Summer and the snow in a Winter Wonderland (only 30 minutes from the ski lifts). This home features 2 levels with multiple living spaces, 2 fireplaces 2 formal bedrooms (and open loft) and 2 bathrooms and an additional bunk style sleeping with 2 additional queen beds and 2 additional twin futons. It's quality mattresses and linens make for your comfort. Owner can make arrangements for usage of the Pinetop Recreation Center upon request for additional fee. I have rented several properties all over the country through HomeAway and VRBO. My greatest experience is as a renter not a owner, so I think like you! We have gone out of way to make this rental feel like home. From the minute you walk in, you will say, "We are home". What sets us a part from hundreds of other options on the mountain is that we are actually on the Pinetop Country Club Fairway on a 1/2+ acre plus lot. There are so many options for beautiful cabins throughout the winter now, but only a handful offer this unique experience of space from neighbors without being in the middle of now where!

Since we first started renting out this Country Club Fairway property on a 1/2 acre lot, we have learned a few things:
1) Picture do not do it justice, according to our guest.
2) It is like having 2 houses in 1 because the sound from upstairs does not travel downstairs.
3) Cleanliness is notices. It is very well maintained and always feels fresh and new.

A perfect cabin for a family ski trip!

This cabin was perfect for 4 adults and 5 kids. The owner, made sure we had everything we needed for our 4 night stay including sleds, firewood, and a gift basket. We are looking forward to our next stay in this cabin!

Winter wonderland

We had such an amazing time at this cabin. The cabin was very clean and the owner is very friendly and easy to get ahold of. We got about 16” of snow while we were there and had fun sitting by the beautiful fire places and sledding. I would recommend this property and can’t wait to go back again!

A wonderful getaway spot

Everything we thought we might enjoy was available in this charming, very well kept house. Clearly there was lots of planning and foresight in making it available for a vacation rental. It was extremely comfortable and the owner was very accessible and easy to work with. We highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Great Stay

This is a great property with a magnificent view of the eighteenth fairway at Pinetop Country Club. Very comfortable lodging. We would recommend this property unconditionally. The property manager was very accommodating and helpful. A real plus.

Geronimo cabin in the woods highly recommended!

We absolutely loved the cabin! We wanted the kids to have a place to see snow and go sledding. The cabin was right on the golf course and we were able to step out from the back door and start our sledding adventure. We would definitely go back.

Clean and cozy

Nice place. Clean, modern amenities and fully stocked kitchen. Everything in perfect working order. Owner gracious and accommodating with well appointed beds and cozy blankets for snuggling. The open upstairs is great for the children.

Perfect for what we were looking for!

This was a beautiful property in a perfect location. The house was even better than we thought from the photos, with, great furniture and decorations, on a golf course, with tall pines. Close to town but very quiet and peaceful. The fire pit was wonderful and our hangout every night with wine a s'mores. We will be back soon!!

Perfect location!!!

This home was more than we could ask for!! Very clean and well equipped. We had such a great time. The view from the deck is amazing!! The owner was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. Beautiful Cabin in Pinetop Country Club

This was our second stay at this beautiful cabin with my family of 6. It is so spacious. Our 4 kids (ages 14-23) stayed on the open second floor and my husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. We all took baths and showers in the upstairs bathroom. This is a dream bathroom! The jacuzzi bathtub was wonderful! We watched movies upstairs, roasted smores outside, took very long walks in the beautiful neighborhood and cooked all of our meals. The bbq was great and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a very relaxing stay here for fall break- just what we needed!

We are from Phoenix and purchased our 1st home in Pinetop with anticipation of minimal usage, however after last summer we have fallen in love with the community and the Four Seasons which lead us to the purchase this for our Extended Family and Rental Vacationers like yourself!

We have set this property up for group or multi-family enjoyment. Plenty of space for large group eating, playing games, sitting in front of a fire or watching TV.
WHAT SETS THIS PROPERY APART FROM THE OTHERS: It is competitively priced with other homes with same size, rooms, etc; but it has a 1/2 acre lot with beautiful views of the PTCC fairway. Perfectly situated off of road and the course. Large covered deck and upstairs has wonderful balcony patio. Our guest say, "the picture do not do the property justice!"

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This home is on the Pinetop Country Club Fairway, so in the summer you backyard is always green in the tall pines. In the winter the fairway is a sledding, cross country skiing haven! Beautiful views year round with lots of privacy on the nearly 1/2 acre lot!
