Retro-Chic House at Grand Lake w/ Hot tub Sleeps 12. Minutes from boat ramp!

Welcome to our little piece of paradise at Lake Point Cottages. This peaceful resort on the Elk River branch of Grand Lake is minutes from a boat ramp, great kayaking and paddle board cove. This is a quirky, vintage home that was originally a restaurant in the 60’s. The property includes this large house and 5 cabins.

This home is perfect for family gatherings and has beds to sleep 12 and a comfortable sectional that could sleep 2 additional people.

There is lake access, boat ramp and parking just 2 mins down the road if you keep going strait on 260 Rd.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in front of the house and 2 vehicles next to the blue house with a screened in porch. It is currently not rented. There are 2 additional full parking spaces on the gravel pads and 2 on the concrete pad to the left of the house.

Front patio has an inflatable hot tub for 6-8 people, string lights and Adirondack chairs and 2 benches. Towel hooks are on the privacy fence. Please leave wet towels outside to dry.

There is one bath towel per guest per booking. There are 12 hot tub towels located on the hallway shelf.

There are corn hole boards and more outdoor games in the closet under the stairway. The corn hole boards can be set up on the concrete pad to the left of the house or in the middle grassy area. The basketball goal is on private property and NOT available for our guests. There is also a fan in that closet if needed.

The perfect place to have coffee is right outside the kitchen door, a bistro set out and a propane grill. There is bug repellant under the sink.

There are additional sheet sets in the bottom drawer of the dresser of the bunk room and 2 additional pillows in laundry room, as well as toilet paper, paper towels and soaps.

There is a storm shelter available in the event of bad weather. You go out the laundry room door and to the right around the corner and in between fences.

The stairs are a little bit steep and the ceiling is low as you turn the corner so watch your head. This is an older house.

The small doors upstairs go to the attic. Do not go in there or let kids play in there.

There is a fully stocked kitchen and the crock pot and warming dishes are in the breakfast room cabinet.

Sleeping, beds are memory foam and super comfortable. This is an open concept house and there are no doors to the bunk room or downstairs queen bedroom. Upstairs there is full size built in bed and queen bed in the master bedroom.

Bathroom contains one shower, there are towels on the towel rack, and in the wicker cabinet. Washcloths in top drawer.

The 3 1/2 baths can make “getting ready” challenging for the ladies so there are several areas in bedrooms and hallway that have mirrors near outlets.

Please set the thermostat on 80 degrees. Place all trash in the laundry room and place towels in the washer. Please wash all dishes in the dishwasher.
