A short drive from the Saco river makes it perfectly situated to enjoy everything the valley has to offer.

The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

The hot tub is professionally maintained and is treated and tested before and after each reservation.

Cooling: Window units in all bedrooms and one in the living room—provided from May 1st through September 30th. Basement remains cool during the summer.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.
The first hour for early check-in request is complimentary (subject to availability), but any additional hours will be charged at that rate.
You need to be 25 or older to book this property.
Please remove shoes upon entry and leave all ski equipment on the beck deck.
We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs.
No more than 4 cars to be parked on the drive at any time.
