The right place, at the right price! Ask about our loyalty discount for repeat guest! Have another Unit in the same complex if booked or need additional space!!


Right off the main strip, our town home is a quick walk to the main attractions of downtown Gatlinburg. Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special!


There is nothing like coming back from a wonderful time enjoying all that the Great Smoky Mountains offer and being able to relax on your own private indoor/outdoor deck. This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms.


There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile) and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop.


The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided!

The communication with the host was very precise and quick to respond. Once at location, the room was spot on to what was expected. The rooms were quiet and pleasant to stay jn. Would definitely recommend and we will return one day.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Overall, the property was clean and neat except for various items below. Beds were very comfortable. Good location. One point, all the levels are difficult for people with foot, ankle, knee or back issues. For us it was somewhat difficult, but we learned a lesson, we aren't young anymore :-) Master bedroom absolutely beautiful! Charles was always reachable and had good business manners, comfortable feeling.Bathtub upstairs was not clean upon arrivalSink drain stop in bottom bathroom missingBedspread on bottom bedroom had yellow stainsBlack Top work unexpectedly being done. A little inconvenient.Hooks needed on back of bathroom doorsInstructions for TV so customer can easily figure out how to get regular channelsBetter Lighting coming up steps

As stated if anything is needed let us know, we always have extra comforters and blankets on hand. The Tvs use the Spectrum App and other Apps and if your not familiar with streaming platforms that could be the issue. We provide this information in the guest literature. Sorry about the parking lot upgrade, I am glad my team was able to help you navigate getting in and out of the complete with minimal disruptions. Thanks again, Charles

August 28-30 of 2026 The photos looks great but not what I expected I the view of the hot tub was partially blocking with the other property.Total of 5 ladies had issues with sleeping due to the pillows are hard. Hello, thanks for choosing us. Not sure really what your review means, the view of the pictures was taken directly from the balcony which looks directly to the mountain and shows the Skylift. I cannot recall other guests having these complaints. Sleeping up to 8 people in a 3-bedroom 3-bathroom townhome in downtown Gatlinburg for less than 200.00 dollars a night seems like a great deal to me. We will continue to provide a clean, affordable family friendly location in Gatlinburg. Thanks again, Charles

If you plan on cooking you might be disappointed. Dated coil burner electric stove and no stock pot. It was very clean and fantastic location but if I book again I will plan to bring what I need to cook. Also a few area rugs would make it a little more cozy. Overall very nice. I like to cook so the kitchen was the only disappointment.

Was very clean and everything needed for a great vacation. Was a little farther from town for anyone wanting to walk that is not in decent shape. Not ideal for families with small children.

Great location just a short walk to downtown. The fireplace was nice after a long day walking around.Charles was a great host. I had an issue with the Internet and he was quick to respond and get it resolved. I would definitely recommend this location.

Location was awesome! We were able to walk everywhere or jump on the trolley. We had 7 people in our group and there were plenty of spaces for everyone to sleep. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the area!

We loved the location! It was very convenient for walking to shops, attractions and restaurants. The hot tub was a nice bonus to use after hours of walking around town. If you are looking for something in town but still enjoy quiet space then this is perfect!

We had a great time with our 4 grandkids at your condo! We loved that we could walk to the chairlift for Anakeesta and all the shops and restaurants! The condo was clean and just perfect for our family! We would definitely stay here again!

It was perfect for our family weekend! So clean and cozy at the perfect location. Close to so many things, but still a little tucked away from the hustle of things on the parkway. The covered parking is great too if you have any wintry weather.
