Lake front home in the Hideout, a private gated community. Take in the relaxing lake views as soon as you enter the house. This four-bedroom home is the perfect tranquil getaway. The three level home features a sunroom, bar, poker table and three TV’s. The backyard has views of a community lake with a fire pit, access to a rowboat and kayak. Hideout community amenities are within a short driving distance.
This four-bedroom home has three floors. The main level has one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. On the second level, you will find two bedrooms with a connecting bathroom and a workspace area with desk and chair. The walkout lower level has a bedroom, bathroom, family room with another sofa bed, bar, wood burning stove and a dehumidifier. We don't have a washer/dryer onsite.
The Hideout offers several amenities including two pools, Roaming Woods Lake, tennis and basketball courts, golf, a fitness center, an arcade, snow skiing , and snow tubing. Community pools close after Labor Day. Amenity availability may be affected by weather, maintenance, and other issues out of the host’s control.
The Hideout is near some farms, the Lackawanna County Wine Trail and Claws 'N' Paws Wild Animal Park (seasonal).
*Please Note: This home is in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental agreement to the community, view the rules and regulations and fees. The fees are included in the listing price. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. The rental agreement will be sent to you upon booking. The agreement must be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all your guests) for entrance into the community. There will be a $100 late filing fee, which is the renter's responsibility, if the rental agreement is not submitted two (2) POA business days, which are Tuesday - Saturday 8AM - 4PM in advance from the beginning of the rental period. You may not exceed the max number of people allowed (11) and no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No additional guests may visit the lot during your stay. Items provided in the home, including games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.
Guests have access to the entire home and all available community amenities. Upon arrival, guests must to pick up a parking pass from the security/public safety office at the main gate. This will allow for access into the community. Guests will also be provided with guest passes for use of amenities.
Fireworks and feeding wildlife is not permitted in the Hideout. Speed limits are enforced within the community. A fine will be imposed for failing to abide by the Hideout rules. Renters will be responsible for any fines they receive for violating the Hideout rules.
