Calm Waters has 4 bedrooms, a loft, finished basement, and 2 bathrooms. The retreat comes equipped with 2 WiFi connected 4K LED Smart TVs. The main floor includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with queen-sized bed, and a full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a queen size bed and bunk beds, a loft, and a full bathroom. Downstairs offers another full bedroom, TV/sitting room, and Air Hockey.



The Hideout offers the following amenities for rental guests: Gym, pool (in season), indoor and outdoor tennis courts, basketball courts, golf course, putt-putt course, and private ski hill.

You'll also be a short drive from Historic Hawley and Honesdale. There you can enjoy the day on the water via public boat launches, boat rentals or eat at one of many restaurants in town.



We aim to provide an impeccably functioning home that is superbly clean with everything you should need to unwind and relax. We will send a guest book (post booking) with more information on local attractions.

ALL INCLUSIVE - LINENS

We provide hotel-quality towels, sheets, pillows and basic necessities at no additional charge. We aim to keep a lightly stocked kitchen with, coffee, salt/pepper, and a handful of different seasonings.

A Four Season Resort Community: 24 Hour Security, Gated Entrance, Clubhouse, Lodge, Campgrounds, 6 lakes, 250 Acres Of Pristine Woodlands.

Recreation Galore: Recreational Sports Complex, Golf Course, Indoor/Outdoor Tennis, Power Boat Lake, Two Sand Beaches, Two Heated Outdoor Pools(seasonal), Physical Fitness Center, Mini Golf, Art Center, Woodworkers Building, Private Ski Lift and Lodge, Tubing Run, and several restaurants/bars (including Bistro on the Green, Tenth Hole Pub, and Tiki Bar).

The house comes with amenity badges for use during your stay



Please note: you will NEED to fill out a rental form and provide ID before gaining entry to the gate. All forms and docs should be filled out at least 5 business days in advance of the rental and within 36 hours of your booking or the community will assess a $100 fee.

Up to 9 amenity badges are provided during your stay.



Absolutely no more than 11 people and 5 cars are allowed on the lot.

Please note the home does not have a dishwasher.

No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. All names and ages must be registered on the application when submitted.



HOUSE RULES

Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors.

No pets allowed.

Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.

Please note guests must fill out a rental agreement and rental form with the association 5 days prior to arrival. A link will be provided post booking.

Parking limited to 5 cars, NO RVs.



We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences.

We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.

Grocery Shopping - You can now use the Rosie app to order grocery delivery from the local Lake Region IGA in Hawley, PA



Guest Access:

Guests let themselves in via a Smart Lock and have no owner interaction (but we are always available via a text or call!)

A car is required to get around the area



Other Things to Note:

ALERT FOR FRIEND GROUPS - HOA only allows for up to 3 unrelated adults/households when renting.



We love to keep our property in pristine condition. In order to do so, we ask you to pick between two property protection options for your stay. A fully refundable security deposit of $499 or a damage waiver of $39. A link will be sent post-booking to complete.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests check-in via a smart lock and have no interaction with the owner.
