Lovely property with a view

The views are incredible and a short drive away from Patong. Tanny is really responsive, good communication and fast check-in and out process. You do pay for electricity and the villa is located up and down a steep hill- either travel by taxi or accept the walk.

Beautiful villa in an awesome town!

Our stay here was great! Tanny was attentive and a super helpful house manager. Our drivers were awesome and accommodating. The neighborhood is so beautiful! The walk from the villa is challenging, but so worth it and added to the adventure! The pizza place at the top is delicious and the mart up the block is fantastic and they have an ATM. Patong Beach and town are super fun with great shopping and awesome food; Bangla road is WILD! You have to check it out! Karon Beach is gorgeous; the villa is really accessible to lots of beautiful beaches and shopping and restaurants. The villa is spacious and the views are incredible. The bedrooms are lovely; and the pool is great! Thank you, John and Tanny and Korn! Kob Kun Kaa.😊❤️🙏

Beautiful views from the villa. Spacious villa with nice interior designs but that's all the villa has to offer. The villa is down a very VERY steep and dangerous hill. The taxis don't want to drive down so you have to walk 5-10 min every time to leave and get back to the villa. First day I was there I seen someone crash on the scooter trying to come down the hill. They will try to rent you scooters, I don't recommend doing it because of the incline. They also charged us 9,000 THB extra for minor scratches that weren't even noticeable on the scooter from moving them around.The price for electricity is high. I stayed 6 days and paid almost 10,000 THB 300 USD, not only was the electricity high but 2 rooms had very poor a/c. I booked for 1 specific villa and they just put us in any villa they had available since they are all the same floor plan, however in the middle of our vacation they told us we had to move and switch villas. This was not part of the agreement or plans, which pushed our plans around. Also whenever I asked for extra necessities they would not respond.

Annulation de dernière minutes par le loueur. Remboursement partiel toujours pas réglé. Abritel et le loueur se renvoient la balle. A diffuser largement sur les réseaux sociaux.

We had such a great time here it's a great place for a group of friends! The view was amazing! John was very helpful when we first arrived giving us advice. Make sure you book Tan and Kron as your tour guide and driver. They were so helpful, taking us to night markets and helping us book day trips. Also, Kron's van was awesome, you can tell he cares about his job.

Wonderful villa in Phuket. Overall it was an exceptional experience with great views. The hosts are very informative and the villa was clean and ready on time. Only problem is the location, it is at the bottom of a very steep hill. The host will tell you everything ahead of time, but it is still a hassle to get around. I definately recommend using one of the taxis they recommend!

on the bright side: great location with a wonderful view. this villa has formerly been an eye candy. save area, nice staff on the dark side: road to the villa is a nightmare! the whole villa needs to be cleaned (dust everywhere, some mold) and fixed, some furniture needs to be replaced (everything is scratched, long-used and losing coulor). amari hotel next door is expanding (with a lot of noise the whole day) peter (the host) was nice but had problems fixing the correct price into the system

The villa itself was wonderful to stay in. Quiet most of the time besides some construction going on nearby. Location was very hard to find and secluded. Transport for rent is a must if u plan to explore the rest of the town area. Host provides scooters for rent. Peter the manager was very helpful and the villa is cleaned daily. Only problem was the electricity bill which wasn't included in the villa and charged to us later upon checkout was a shocking 2700baht for 3 nights despites us being careful with it. And if u should require cab assistance to transport to another area, pls ask around the town area. The guy who helped us find a cab which charge us 700baht for a 5 mins journey whilst its normally 650baht for the journey to airport which will take 45mins. Felt being rip off buy lesson learnt. Should had asked around before agreeing to any help.
