Welcome to Osprey’s Perch! A kid & dog friendly house with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 4 private parking spaces, & a fully fenced-in backyard. It's an easy 5 block walk to the beach & during your stay you can borrow our beach pass. Featuring high-speed Wi-Fi, a large, dedicated workspace, & streaming services available on the TV. This family-friendly rental offers the perfect backdrop for cherished moments & relaxation. Best of all, you don't have to clean at check out!

Osprey's Perch is tucked away in a serene neighborhood with four private parking spaces. The backyard is fully fenced in ensuring a safe haven for your little ones & furry friends to explore & play freely while you enjoy the firepit & grill. 2 full bathrooms (1 standing shower, 1 bathtub + shower), 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa. All mattresses & bed pillows have hypoallergenic encasements for a healthy & comfortable sleep.

Just a short, easy stroll of 5 blocks brings you to the sun-soaked sands of the beach where Chesapeake Bay horizons await. During your rental, we loan you our beach passes so you can bask in the sun & build sandcastles to your heart's content.

Back at the house, modern conveniences blend seamlessly with the beauty of the coast. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring you can share your vacation memories instantly or work remotely from our large, dedicated work space. Cozy up for a family movie night with streaming services available on the TV offering a wide array of entertainment options for all ages. We firmly believe that if you're paying a cleaning fee, you shouldn't have to clean. To check out at Osprey’s Perch, just pack your bags, turn off the lights, & lock the door. That's it.

The house is perfect for those families traveling with kids and especially dogs. The back yard is completely enclosed which definitely takes the stress level down when the small dogs are left alone outside. The house is basically a 5 minute walk to Main Street and the beach. The house is stocked with a multitude of accessories in the kitchen and the bath. Easy check in and easy check out. Perfect stay.

Osprey’s Perch was wonderful! It was just what we needed. We had planned to bring our dogs but we were able to leave them at home. This place would have been great for them with a fenced in backyard. Everything was very clean and comfortable. All of the special touches made it very cozy and inviting. We would definitely recommend and hope to return.

The cottage is spacious and clean and has been updated tastefully so to keep a vintage charm-- in character with lovely neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped and organized. We especially appreciated the sizable fenced-in backyard for our two dogs- private too! The location is also dog friendly and very SHORT walk to boardwalk and choice of restaurants(and a beautiful library). We thank the host for going extra step in communications after i explained of issue with my cell phone.

Osprey's Perch is a great place to stay in North Beach, MD. It's convenient to the shops and restaurants in-town. City Sliders Steakhouse and the Cold Penguin were our favorites. It is also a two-minute drive to Chesapeake Beach for more shopping and restaurants, including a McDonald's, Subway, and Roland's grocery store. The home is very clean and well-appointed. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to make any meal. All three bedrooms had comfortable beds and bedding. The living room was very comfortable with a nice sectional and a large TV. The large fenced-in yard is great for any size dog, even a small one isn't slipping out. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at Osprey's Perch. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the North Beach/Chesapeake Beach area.

Overall the property was nice, spacious accommodation with nice outdoor space in the backyard and kitchen area and suppies. Good distance from the boardwalk and beach. However, the living room did have a bit of pet hair on it and caused some of our pet allergies to flare up severely that night and the morning after.

Stayed here with friends to attend a wedding. Was exactly what we needed. plenty of room for everyone and the locations was great. The men were able to walk down to the "down town" area to hang out while the ladies got ready lol Lots of great family friendly features too. Even though we werent traveling with children, we were a group of parents and all appreciated all the kid friendly things at this house like a slide outside, flip down toilet seats for the littles, and some kids toys as well. Also loved the pet friendly things like a ramp on the porch, dog bowls and kennels to use. Etsy was responsive and even accomdated an early check in so we would have ample time to get ready for the wedding. 10/10 would absolutely recommend and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Osprey's Perch!!It may look small on the outside but very spacious on the inside. We had everything we needed and more. Our host was wonderful!! So many special touches. Our grandkids loved this house!! The host even provided toys!! We will be back. Don't hesitate to book this lovely home!!

Take your dog on vacation!

This property exceeded all our expectations! Relax on the comfy sofa with room for everyone. It was the 1st time in a long time I slept through the night on a great bed and pillows. It was 95 degrees so we didn't walk to breakfast, beach or dinner but easily could have only 5-6 blocks away. Your dog will have a fully fenced backyard even a ramp for older dogs, 2 crates are available to keep your pup safe while you're at dinner. It's a nice small beach without all the crowds, 1st time I've seen a net around a beach to keep the jellyfish out, very clever. Fish off the pier or just stroll the boardwalk. We had a great time and will definitely visit this property again

Great Family Getaway

The property was a perfect fit for our family. The location was great. Just a five minute walk to the beach and pier. The house was clean and everything worked great. The hosts were very accessible and returned communication quickly! We will definitely be back!

North Beach Vacation

Praise for Osprey’s Perch.Leaving a 5 star review for this property.The house was great. Little details like soaps and towels for us. The rooms were clean and ready. Household supplies were available to us. And pet-friendly too!!Our host was fantastic. She communicated with us ahead of time and left us details about the house. We appreciated that there was no long list of things to do for checkout. Of special note, she messaged us about things to do in North Beach. She pointed out restaurants, shops and special events.North Beach was a great place to visit. Especially in the off season. We enjoyed the beach, found a boardwalk near Chesapeake beach. But the best find was the library with terraces overlooking the bay.

Perfect weekend

We had six people (myself and my wife, our 9 and 7, and my parents), as well as our dog at the house for a long weekend. Everything was perfect for our group. The beach and boardwalk was less than ten minutes by foot and the weather cooperated wonderfully. There was plenty of space for sleeping, eating, working, and playing. Don't hesitate to book Osprey's Perch, you won't regret it!

Pet friendly.

We had a good time. The house was kid friendly and pet friendly. Our dogs loved it. My grandson enjoyed the slide. My son left a potty seat/ steps there in the master bathroom😵‍💫 did not hear from the host about leaving it behind. The only thing it lacked was paper plates/ kid friendly table wear and cups. It would have been nice to have a wagon to take chairs, etc down to the beach😊

Momma's Beach Home Away from Home

My 5 year old and I LOVED our stay. We will be returning for sure! There were toys to play with and books for bedtime. Each room had sound machines and cozy blankets. No clean up helps with an active kid 😅 Felt like home away from home from start to finish. Thank you!!!
