Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful luxury home in Isle of Palms. The home was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, and we loved spending time together enjoying the comfortable living spaces and beautiful surroundings. We made wonderful memories and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

What an amazing time at the most perfect house!

The house was simply perfect for all our needs! We traveled with our 18-year-old son, three of his friends, our 6-year-old daughter, and our dog! We had so much room and never once felt crowded. The house was exactly what was described in the pictures! The layout of the house is PERFECT! Master, kitchen, laundry, guest room + bath, and private full bath that was accessible from the pool, and the entire pool area on the same level. Such a great layout with everything you need from the same level. Loved that every bedroom had its own private bath! It was just an easy 5–10-minute walk to the beach, close to Harris Teeter, and other amenities. We have stayed at lots of different homes, and this one is definitely a keeper in the "will come back again" list!

Booked this house for a girls trip and it exceeded expectations! Everything was great- super clean, beautiful outdoor space, and in a perfect location! Will definitely be back!!

This is a beautiful large home in the perfect location for experiencing the Isle of Palm. House was mainly clean. Kitchen was fabulously equipped and while we were surprised at the two dishwashers, they ended up both being used often! Was great!It was spacious enough for our entire family to participate. The laundry room got lots of use as it rained a couple of the days we were there, so wet people and dogs needed lots of towels! It's a perfect laundry room.The gathering area in the main room could have been bigger, but guessing that in the summer more time was spent outdoors, so we made it work.The bedrooms were large. Beds comfortable. The sheets need upgrading, and is part of why I give this a 4star vs 5star rating. If there was a 4 1/2star option, I would have gone with that.We rented golf carts and drove them everywhere on Isle of Palm. SO fun! This was a birthday gathering for my husbands 80th birthday. We had a hibachi dinner one night, and even in the rain, thanks to the overhang of the porch, we made it work, and it was memorable.Wifi is sketchy and I wouldn't have cared but our adult children needed it to work, and it made their lifes less than fun. All in all, it was a great week, and this lovely home was a big part of it!

The house was the perfect spot for our family reunion! Beautifully decorated and comfortable for 16 people - 12 adults and 4 kids. The patio area with the pool and large kitchen are ideal spots for relaxing with family. The management team was very responsive when we needed help with heating the pool and fixed the issue promptly. The location of the house is wonderful for both visiting the beach, walking to restaurants in town, and an easy drive to Charleston and Sullivan's Island. I would definitely recommend!

IOP Palace

Third time staying at this location, and it never disappoints! Close to everything in the island, 30 minutes to downtown Charleston. If you love the beach, great food and sunshine you have come to the right place.

Wonderful week

Our family had a wonderful weeklong vacation at this very lovely and immaculate property. The six bedrooms and six baths were a very nice feature. Many happy hours while the kids were in the swimming pool and grown-ups lounging in the seated area. Would definitely come back.

Better than the pictures!

This house was the best choice for our family stay. Our daughter was getting married in downtown Charleston and we came down for the week. We loved the house to relax by the pool and walk to the beach. There were ten of us and the house was just perfect for our crowd. Would book again for sure.

The PERFECT house!!

I don’t even know where to begin! This house was incredible. Not only was the decor and layout perfect, but it was impeccably clean and comfortable. They really thought of everything. We had a group of 9 women and had plenty of room for everyone. I would highly recommend if you want to stay in the Isle of Palms area.

Wonderful property. Looked brand new-beautiful, well maintained. They partnered with a golf cart company, equipments company, groceries, etc so if you ordered any of this, was at the home when you arrived. Great service. An elevator was really handy with luggage. 2 dishwashers. Our entire family loved it.

Beautiful home, but be mindful of Isle of Palms noise enforcementThis property is truly immaculate — beautifully equipped, spotless, and the host’s communication was excellent from start to finish. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the time we spent here.One important note for future guests: Isle of Palms has very strict noise enforcement outside of designated quiet hours, and local security is active. We received visits even during normal evening hours — once while using a hibachi (fair enough, it’s louder), but also another evening when we were simply laughing together outside. If you’re hoping to spend meaningful time outdoors — barbecues, gatherings, or just relaxing with conversation in the evening — be aware that this can be interrupted. We’d absolutely recommend this home for quieter groups or anyone planning to enjoy the indoor spaces, which are stunning. Just go in with realistic expectations about outdoor time so you’re not caught off guard like we were.

Spring break with 3 generations

This house is fabulous for a group. There were 9 of us. Excellent outdoor space by the pool, some in sun, but shaded areas, too.Six lovely bedrooms. A huge kitchen and large living room for movie nights.One surprise bonus was the pickle ball in the garage. It's a bit of a hike to the beach so we never took the rented kayak up there.We had a great week. Highly recommend this house.

wonderful stay ! Very beautiful property very well equipped

Family flew from France with grandparents, adults and 2 teenage girls. Everyone enjoyed so much the stay at this place from the teens to the older ones! This property is very well equipped (and we cook), there is space and room for everyone to enjoy being together and also in their own space. We used the beach chairs and walk one block away from the beach. For a total of 9 people this was perfect, the dining table was also the right size for all of us. Would recommend to anyone 200%

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this property. The location was excellent, the home was spacious, and it was a great place for our family to spend time together. The host was responsive, and we appreciated how quickly concerns were addressed when possible.There were a few maintenance issues that future guests and the owner should be aware of. The pool was cloudy when we arrived and remained that way until the pool service company came about halfway through our stay. While it was eventually resolved, we weren’t able to fully enjoy the pool during the first part of our vacation.Two of the second-floor bedrooms were also uncomfortably warm, reaching around 78F. Although several fans were provided, they weren’t enough to keep those rooms comfortable, especially for sleeping.We also noticed a few issues with interior doors. Some bedroom and bathroom doors would not lock, and the pool bathroom door leading into the house would not even latch properly. These are relatively minor repairs but would improve both convenience and privacy for guests. The kitchen is very well equipped, which was a huge plus. Despite these issues, we had a wonderful family vacation and made great memories. With a few maintenance improvements, this property could provide an even better experience, and we would certainly consider staying here again.

Gorgeous house, great for large groups

We stayed here for a week. We loved the layout of the house. The pool was the perfect size for our group with easy access to a bathroom from outside. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms were spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom besides two rooms upstairs that shared a bathroom. We were there during a tropical storm. The backyard grass was pretty long which was tough for our little dog but we made it work. My only real issue is they undersold how stocked the house was. We were sent links for beach equipment rental and towel rentals. We ended up bringing our own pool/beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and we rented a bike and beach shade, but we didn’t need to bc the house had all of those things including a cart. We only got to go to the beach a few times because of the rain but it is an easy stroll from the house. It is one of the better beach access points on IOP bc there isn’t much parking near it, so it is less crowded than the others. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We had a question about the outdoor TV and they answered almost immediately. We will definitely rent again!
