SEE and HEAR the ocean while living the BEACH LIFE! Enjoy the no-drive beach, swim in the pool, play some tennis on the association's courts, read or just relax on your deck or balcony during your seaside vacation.

Travelling with another couple, by yourself, or with family or friends you can be accommodated.

Upstairs you will find an open floor plan with a beachy living room, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen all with great views of the ocean. Your large balcony invites you for dining outside as well.

Your master bedroom, with sliders leading to the balcony, has a king bed and private bath. Your second bedroom features a custom-made adult bunk bed with a queen lower bed, twin XL upper bed. There is also a private bathroom.

While a great destination in itself, you will find that New Smyrna Beach's easy access to Daytona Beach, the Kennedy Space Center, Orlando's Theme Parks, and historical St. Augustine (to name a few) provides additional vacation opportunities.

Lower 2 Bedroom (King/2 Twins), 1 Bathroom smaller unit, with ocean views, is available to be rented separately or with this unit.

Great get away

We really enjoyed the space. 2 private bathrooms was a pleasant surprise. The deck with ocean view was very nice.

Great place to stay!

We had an amazing time. This condo As well, equipped, very comfortable, with all the comfort of home, and very easy access to the beach. The host were very accommodating and welcoming. We’ll look forward to future visits.

A short beach stay.

Place was fine, However the master bedroom mattress was not very comfortable. I would also bring my own cotton sheets instead of their polyester sheets.

Last Minute Thanksgiving Getaway

Even though check-in communication was delayed, homeowner reached out quickly to remedy and apologize. While the condo isn't directly ocean front, it has fantastic views with unbeatable sound of the waves crashing (with or without the slider doors open). Direct beach access from front and back doors with foot sprays at each staircase, along with storage access to garage was greatly appreciated for our beach gear. Kitchen had ample cookware and dishes along with other basic staples.

Cozy & full of sweet little surprises

What an AWESOME place! The pool is right out your front door, and the beach is just steps from the back deck. It's cozy, super clean and just amazing. There was NOTHING that we needed, that they did not have. From cooking utensils, paper products, cleaning supplies, extra sheets, and blankets. The garage is what was full of the little surprises.......every time we went in there, we found something else FUN we could use (i.e. Beach chairs, grill, body boards, bag full of sand castle making stuff, etc, etc). EVERYTHING was perfect!! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us, and making it as special as you did. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Ready to return!

For a last minute get-away this summer with my girls, I rented this townhome in Sea Dunes. I was familiar with the property, with friends owning one, and knew that this is the place to stay in NSB. No elevators, no noisy neighbors, great views, pool and beach within what seems like a few steps, and everything you need right at your fingertips. The owners were very gracious - kind and accommodating. The unit is clean and comfortable. My girls loved the whimsical beach decor and bunk beds. The kitchen is well equipped, towels and linens clean and ready and I loved having the laundry inside the unit - easy to wash favorite swimsuits for the next day. We had friends visit one day during our stay and we had plenty of room for everyone. The garage is filled with everything you need for fun - I loved not having to haul all of our stuff from home. The hose to rinse yourselves and the beach items is convenient so we were able to leave all the sand behind! I've already arranged to return next year!

Nice Stay

My Son and Daughter and Friends really enjoyed our stay at #7! Even though your were 3 units back you have a great view and a short scenic walk to the beach. We loved the access to beach chairs, etc in the garage👍🏼

Fabulous property & location - great owners

Highly Recommend! Great view and location on at the beach. Next to the pool and a short walkway to down to the beach. Master bath recently remodeled. Nice deck and amenities. Really nice owners & neighbors.

Comfortable, great location.

We really enjoyed this condo. Comfortable for 2 of us or 6 of us when we had our friends over. Well stocked with whatever you might need. While one house back from the ocean you would never notice. View was great and we utilized the deck almost every day. Owners very receptive to any questions or requests you might have. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect!

We stayed here over the summer and had a wonderful time. The home is very comfortable and the view is great. The photos don't show how nice the view from the home and patio really are! The pool is just steps from the front of the house. A private boardwalk, lined with sea dune foliage, leads out to the ocean from both the pool and the back patio. You can setup your beach camp and watch your family from the house. When it gets too hot, cool of in the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, as well as plenty of linens and towels too.

We have been coming to New Smyrna Beach for 42 years and purchased a beachside home 33 years ago. During vacations, overflow family and friends have thoroughly enjoyed staying in Sea Dunes units and in an effort to get closer to the ocean, we were thrilled to purchase one ourselves.

Relaxing on the no-drive beach is our main focus, but day trips to several of Florida's favorite destinations including Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Daytona Beach, and St. Augustine keep us busy as well.
