Overall we had a great experience here. The room was great and loved having 2 bathrooms. We could of used more than 6 hangers total for 2 bedrooms. Did not get shampoo, had 2 conditioners. (luckily we had some). The beds were comfortable and the view was great. Unfortunately we really could not use the beach to swim, but the pool was great. All in all we had a great week and it was in a great neighnborhood with plenty of stores and things to do in the area.

We have added hangers, shampoo, and conditioner! Thanks for the suggestion. The beach on property is a typical Florida Keys beach with lots of sealife. We recommend using water shoes at any Keys Beach.

The place was beautiful, beds were super comfortable and we loved all of the natural light within the space. Pool was also great and easy to walk to.

The place was conveniently located, very clean and comfortable, and communication with the host was always timely and proactive on their part. Overall an easy process and great experience.

Great condo with perfect location near the elevator and pool. Condo was clean and had everything weeded. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The condo complex was very nice and in a great location. Anywhere in the Keys was easily accessed from here (day trip at most).Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, well equipped, clean condo. Plenty of space to relax in the living room/dining room after a day out. Nice view too. The community pool was large with plenty of chairs. Location was convenient to activities and restaurants in the area. Highly recommend.

What a lovely, comfortable place to stay on our vacation to the Florida Keys!! The whole stay was smooth, communication was great, check in and out easy. Ocean view peaceful. Great breezes, the ceiling fans did a great job! Thank you so much!

The condo was beautiful, matching the photos, with all amenities. The balconies and view were so peaceful with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Watching birds, boats, and sunrise was gorgeous. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and tennis, with rackets and balls provided in the condo. The kitchen had all dishes and appliances to make great family meals. Excellent stay.

The room was just as described. The property was great with a pool and beach. The elevators were out of order but we were notified days before our trip so no complaints there. It was not a difficult flight up.

Check in at 4:00p.m. At the gate took forever, one person working, a line of cars waiting. The employees on the grounds were very friendly. The restaurant happy hour is fun, but the food is not good. Not sure if we would return.

We understand that your check in took a bit long and that the food at the restaurant wasn’t Michelin quality. But everyone who stays with us LOVES our super clean and very well stocked unit. And LOVES the view from the 2 balconies!! The pool at the resort is spacious and has a drinks available, making it fun for kids and adults alike. Plus there are several spectacular local restaurants just a short drive away where you can get fresh fish, etc. Give us another try!!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was super clean, well stocked and everything was in good working order. The rooms are attractively furnished with beautiful wall pieces. The space feels like a home, not a rental! The Ocean Point property is well maintained also and we met many friendly people.

The property was very nice. At least the first room we were in! After being in our room for a few days, we were told we had to move to another room that they had to tent the room we were in for termites. At that point they made us move our stuff to our car to the welcome office around the corner. Got there had to wait 20 min to sign a paper and than was sent back to the same place different building to a filthy dirty room!!! No one ever cleaned it. There were no pillows. There was hair everywhere ! Animal hair ! Also hair in the toilet the tub and the shower. The drawers in the kitchen were filthy. I have pictures !!! when we complained. Vivian told us the room was cleaned and they were not helping us at all. Finally, we had to go back to the welcome center. They were not helpful either. They said we had to talk to Vivian who was awful to deal with. We did finally get back to our original room for some reason now they didn’t have to tent it. We lost a whole day of our Vacation, moving back-and-forth and going back-and-forth to the welcome center and trying to deal with this lady Vivian who was atrocious she had no common sense for someone who supposed to work for Caldwell real estat and work for Vrbo. She was horrible. I recommend the place to stay, but I don’t recommend dealing with Vivian. Also, what Im forgetting to say is we were three senior citizens lugging our suitcases up and down In-N-Out elevators with no help from anyone after they told us we had to change rooms!

Miss Linda stayed in our beautiful unit 4308 at Ocean Pointe for 3 nights and she loved it! But for the last night of her stay we asked her to leave the unit as the entire building was being fumigated for termites. I made the mistake of offering to move her to another unit, which she hated. This bad review is all about the other unit and the difficulties of having to change rooms. I apologized to her for the inconvenience, but that did little good. Please note that this review is NOT about unit 4308 which is truly lovely!

We had a wonderful stay and agree that the view is amazing. There are 2 small balconies from which to watch the sun rise every morning. It's glorious. The accommodations are exactly as stated and pictured.

Great views. Great communication from host. Comfortable unit. Great location with nearby grocery and restaurants.Tennis, pickleball, and pool just out the front door. Plenty to do on property and nearby.Convenient location to explore the Keys beyond Tavernier. Highly recommend a visit to Dolphin Life which is ten minutes away. It's a non-profit doing great work with really great people. Great place to swim with the Dolphins.

Great property for what we needed. Tight for 6 people but worked fine. The pullout couch was not the most comfortable but, again, it worked. We really wanted a space where we could cook meals everyday and this was great. Stocked kitchen with dishes, dishwasher, laundry and everything needed. The location is right across the hall from the trash shoot but again, not a big deal, just smelly at times. Due to the sargassum issue all over, the beach was not useable but not the rentals fault. Wish we could have fished more from the property but due to the sargassum not good in the marina. The view is incredible! It’s quiet and gorgeous! The pool area is beautiful and well kept. Location was great for fishing out of Isla Morada. We had a couple things that needed fixed while we were there but property managers were all over my communication and had both resolved pretty quickly. Overall, a great experience! Loved the quiet ambiance and seclusion that we felt.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay and had all the amenities for a comfortable visit. Would recommend for any families going to enjoy a trip the the keys. Only thing that would have been a nice extra would be some beach chairs.
