Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Travelerā€™s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

If you wish to have a live local rock band in your living room every evening from 5:30 to 10:30, then this condo is for you. This has been the worst beach vacation experience we have ever had. The lessee did not disclose this live music fact prior to our reservation otherwise we would have declined their offer. BE AWARE!

Nice condo close to some good restaurants

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and the kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook a few meals. We liked being walking distance to several good restaurants and the golf cart was really convenient for getting to the beach and just riding around the neighborhood. The pool and playground were great amenities to have for our small kids. We also liked having two balconies to relax on.

Great Set Up!

This was our second time to visit 30A and the way this place is set up makes a world of a difference! The beach is near, located right off 30A, the golf cart is wonderful! We absolutely loved it. The unit is so comfortable and cute! Zero complaints. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property description of Redfish Bluefish was accurate, layout was perfect for our family of four, with each kid getting her own sleeping space. The bunk room was adorable. Towels were new and high quality; kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and beyond! We enjoyed listening to the live music from Redfish Taco from our balcony on the evenings. We have stayed in Redfish Village a few times and love the location. Walking distance to the beach, creamery, bakery and restaurants. The golf cart made it even easier to get around. My only complains are the two showersā€”the master shower has some mold and mildew building up in the corners and the grout could use a deep clean. The hall bath shower curtain was way too short and blew inward during showers which together caused water to leak heavily out of tub. We fixed this by purchasing large binder clips to clip on the bottom of the curtain to weigh it down. Two suggestions I always give on vacation rentals is to add hooks in the hallway for beach towels; there never seems to be enough places to hang towels and to add hooks or bars in the showers to hang washcloths. Overall, I would highly recommend the Beyond Blue management company, Redfish Village, and this unit. Thanks for helping us have another fabulous trip on 30A!

Very clean and comfortable, great location , only negative was the music at the bar , which was fine just very loud , but it did end by 10 .

Beach break

The condo was well suited for our family. Itā€™s a short walk to the private beach with chairs and umbrellas available to rent. The pool and hot tub are great when you need a break from the sand. Itā€™s conveniently located near a restaurant, coffee, and ice cream shop. We definitely plan to return here in the future.

Great location! Loved the beach shuttle. Property was nice.

We enjoyed the location of the community. The beach shuttle was great to get to and from the private beach. We enjoyed delicious meals at Redfish and ice cream at the creamery across the street. Live bands played music every evening and wrapped up at a reasonable time. Condo accommodated our party perfectly.

Wonderful place to stay

The condo was exactly what was listed. The property was nice and not too busy. The location was perfect. Red Fish Taco had amazing food and music. The music was always over by 9:30 so it was never an issue for sleeping. The golf cart was a priceless bonus, our family loved scooting around in it. We would stay here again!

Great Central Location

Our family (3 kids ages 6, 4, and 1) loved the week here. The condo was great for some meals in, but we loved walking down to Redfish Taco and taking the golf cart to a variety of places for breakfast. It was easy access to the beach, but we used the pool even more and it was never too crowded. Things were clean and well stocked for our arrival. We will be back!

Itā€™s a very easy block and a half from a gorgeous beach, canā€™t say enough about it. I believe they will update the listing but fitness room not included. Also, golf cart an extra deposit and not necessary for beach trip but handy for driving a bit further locally.

Excellent Rental

I wish during the booking process I would have been informed of the loud music every night that can be heard in the unit form Redfish Taco. We probably would have looked at a different unit. Otherwise, it was a very good experience, and we plan to come back.

Perfect getaway

We loved the little community of RedFish Village, close to everything! The condo was very clean, the beds were not very comfortable but made do. I would highly recommend the Redfish Village as it is close to everything and has live entertainment every evening! The public beach access is right around the corner. Just a perfect location overall!

Great family getaway

The location of this condo makes it so easy to get to the beach or pool. The balcony faces towards the beach (not beach view but nice surroundings and trees). My son LOVED the little bunk room with all the built ins for his stuffed animals. All furniture was comfortable and itā€™s nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool and pier (lake full of turtles), and the golf cart was so nice to have! While Red Fish offers a free tram to the beach, we never needed it because the golf cart was perfect for our family of four + beach supplies. There was enough parking everytime, and the private beach entrance is beautiful/serene. The first row of the beach is reserved for chair rentals but we were able to easily get a spot behind (in between) the first row. Everyone from the staff to guests were very nice. I especially appreciate Jodi with Beyond Blue, helping us get our golf cart arrangements set up quickly as we booked this just the day before we arrived. Itā€™s a great spot!

Beach Heaven

We just finished our stay to celebrate our daughterā€™s graduation. The condo was just what we expected. There was plenty of room for all five of us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The private beach access was wonderful and a quick walk from the condo. The pool area was also an added bonus. Everyone had a great time and we would love to come back.

Blended Family Beach Vacation

We loved the property! Our condo was very nice and clean, exactly as the pictures showed! It has a convenient location to the beach and restaurants and is equipped with a golf cart that really made everything so much more convenient. The only issue we encountered was the complex had a fire alarm that sounded twice during our stay, both times while we were sleeping. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

The condo was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Very nice accommodations. The grandkids loved the bunk bed room and the rides on the golf cart. We had a few questions throughout the week and Beyond Blue was quick to respond. Would definitely go back.
