Charming Waterfront Property With Pool, Near Beach
Many things come to mind when you think of the town of Delray Beach. Whether it is the mile-long beaches, the refined art festival, Jazz on the Avenue, or the Pro Tennis tournaments, this small beach town truly has something to offer for everyone. Sunshine filled days on the beach, memorable nights spent with friends at all the great restaurants and bars, or shopping excursions at many of the great boutiques nearby: guests have a myriad of entertainment options available within walking distance of Tahiti Cove. Atlantic Ave, the cities boulevard of fine dining, cute shops, and nightlife, is located just down the street. Delray’s just recently re-done, and now wider than ever, beach is also just a walk away. However, you don’t even have to leave the property to enjoy the day. Tahiti Cove features a pool right outside this unit, with a breathtaking view over the Intracoastal Waterway. In the evening, one can sit on the patio and enjoy this view over a romantic dinner along with a stunning sunset that turns the sky a variety of colors from red to purple. The unit itself has various amenities including Air Conditioning, Free Wi-Fi, and a 37 Inch HD TV. After a relaxing and fun day, you will be sure to have a good night sleep in the large King Size bed. Delray Beach is also only 1 hour out of Miami, and 40 minutes outside of Palm Beach, which makes for great day trips.

Best spot. Cutest little unit & amazing location, 5 minute walk to the best part of the beach. Friendly & quiet neighborhood! 10-15 minute walk to the best restaurants on the strip & Henry was a great host! We will be back!

Delightful Get-away
We loved our two-week stay at Tahiti Cove. The apartment was exactly as described and the grounds were very well maintained. The location was ideal - walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely return.

This nice 1 bdrm unit is very well located in Delray Beach, 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 to Atlantic ave where all the restaurants are. Nice pool and quiet property. We loved it

Peaceful oasis
Beautiful, quiet retreat right on the intracoastal. The decor was charming and comfortable! Henry was quick to respond, very attentive to our needs. Thankful for the time spent in Tahiti Cove.

Best location ever !!
We felt completely comfortable, the Tahiti Cove is a very well-kept complex and the apartment has everything you need. The view of the intracoastal is gorgeous and the sunsets are amazing. The proximity to the beach and town is just awesome. We love it and will be back....

Wonderful location with the most beautiful sunset views. Henry, the host, was very attentive in responding quickly to any questions you may have. It’s a short walk to downtown Delray. Great shopping, restaurants and night life. Loved my time at Tahiti Cove! Thank you Henry!

incredible stay at Henry’s place
Henry is an incredibly polite, friendly and responsive host. The location is wonderful and the view is even better.It’s only a few blocks walk to the main part of Delray Beach; Atlantic Avenue, but the neighborhood where his apartment is located is both quiet and very safe. You are close enough to town to do things, but most of the time you get to enjoy the apartment and the tranquil view of the intercoastal. I certainly would come back to Henry‘s place.

Fabulous place to stay
The one bedroom condo was perfect for my husband and I for our 8 night stay. This was our first visit to Delray beach so we didn't know the area at all. We made a great choice. The area is beautiful and the view from the condo was amazing. We use to lounge in the pool every day and watch the boats go by on the intracoastal. The sunset from the patio was beautiful. Location Location Location
The condo is ideally situated on inter coastal and walking distance to beach. For that reason alone the rental felt like such a great value for ! Owners were awesome--could not have been nicer or more helpful. The grounds are very well cared for. Condo resembles listing except that there is now a black metal fence around pool obscuring view of water from condo. If you really enjoy cooking and want to eat in a lot you may not like kitchen which is super tiny and has no oven.

Waterfront Apt in delray great locale- close to everything!
We just finished a five-night stay at the apartment which was terrific. The location is perfect! A five minute walk to the beach and 10-15 minute walk to all the action on Atlantic Ave.
The apartment itself looks like the pictures and is on the intercoastal with the great view. It had everything we needed (kitchen stuff, towels, hair dryer, tons of clothing storage).
Henry is very friendly and responsive, but we didn’t need anything. We hope to stay here for our annual visit.

Peaceful and Charming
Amazing experience! A quiet escape minutes from the beach. Henry was a great host and very responsive! The condo is set a short distance from downtown Delray for desired shopping and restaurant hopping. The unit includes a full size fridge with everything needed (pots, pans, utensils, etc) to make a great meals and sip on a beverage while watching the boats pass before you on the inter coastal. My stay coincided with the mullet run so the water was filled with activity!

Gorgeous View
The view from this property is unsurpassed…….it sits right on the Intercostal waterway, and there’s no better place to watch the sunset. We were greeted by our host’s mom, Regine, and she was very attentive and available to answer any questions. The amenities included everything from shampoo and conditioner to all paper goods, which in our experience is very unique. The Caribbean style condo is just a couple of blocks from the beach with easy access to Atlantic Avenue and its shops and restaurants. Thank you Henri and Regine!

Fabulous location!
This property is ideally located directly on the Intercostal, two short blocks to the beach across South Ocean Avenue, and 4 blocks from Atlantic Ave. You can’t find a better location! The owners, Regine and Henry, are very responsive, and the pictures of the condo are accurate. If you like to cook, be advised, the kitchen is tiny and limited — only 2 burners on the counter, no oven, and no outdoor grilling. However, the many excellent restaurants within walking distance await your arrival. Make sure to reserve a few days ahead in high season. This is “Old Florida” at its best, so enjoy it while you can! Delray Beach is undergoing an extraordinary building boom, and this property is ripe for redevelopment.

Five stars for the quiet community, location and view and super cozy bed! Lower stars for overall cleanliness. We brought a few concerns to Henry upon arriving. He was very prompt at getting back to us and addressing our concerns. We liked some of the vintage qualities like the pineapple wallpaper and the original layout was retro and nostalgic. Unfortunately the home is in need of some TLC.There is a strong musty smell. Much of the décor and the paint/wallpaper is faded, torn and dirty. In need of a deep clean, fresh paint and a few updates in our opinion. We did dig the blue floor! Perfect for a Florida “beach house.”

The property, which was purchased and decorated by my Father, means a lot to me and is truly a special home. It is a pleasure to share this unique style with fellow travelers coming to this area.

The interior decorations of this home are absolutely unique. Whether is is the coconut wallpaper or the hand-painted chairs and door frames, the attention to detail to bring the old Floridian style to life is impeccable.
