Tastefully decorated, the living room is outfitted with a *Smart TV, large sofa, loveseat, and a sofa chair, providing all the space and comfort you need to gather friends and family.

Spacious and modern, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and all the essential cookware. The amount of counter space and abundant natural light will make cooking at home smooth and pleasant.
Adjacent, you will find a charming dining room, outfitted with a dining table that seats up to eight people, and a ceiling fan. Surrounded by windows leading to the vast screened porch in the back, this room is very bright and breezy.

This home has 3 bedrooms, including a master suite that features a king-size bed with luxurious linens, Smart TV, large closets for storage, a ceiling fan, and access to the backyard through lovely French doors. It also has its own bathroom, fully equipped with a double-sink vanity and a shower.

The two other bedrooms have a king-size and a queen-size bed, plush linens and pillows, closet space, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, and multiple windows for natural light.

There are two more bathrooms in this house, one with a tub/shower combination, and the other one with a shower.

In addition to the large and cozy screened porch that is outfitted with lounge sofas and a coffee table, Marlow House has an amazing fully fenced backyard, complete with a beautiful and lush tropical landscape. Equipped with a saltwater pool (which can be heated), a rim flow spa, lounge chairs, umbrellas, BBQ grill, outside shower, and a seating space with a secure fire pit, this yard combines all the perfect elements to enjoy the outdoors and soak up the Florida sun!

PARKING: Driveway space for 2 cars and free street parking. There is no garage access.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM.

POOL: Complimentary pool heating to 84 degrees during peak season (Jan - Mar). Settings to warmer temperature (87 degrees) is available upon request at a fee of $50 p/day with a 3 day minimum and $500 Maximum. No pool heating fees will be assessed for reservations of 30 days or more.
