Year round vacation home on Attitash with open floor plan.

Winter time - ski in/out! We are located at the base of the Abenaki chairlift on Attitash mountain! Plenty of parking for snowmobile trailers. Snowmobile Bear Notch only 2 miles away!

Spring/Summertime - great location! Hiking, biking, swimming, Attitash Summer Resort, Storyland, Wildcat, North Conway shopping and restaurants, Kancamagus within just a few miles! Santa s Village is 34 miles from the home.

Fall - foliage!

Sleeps 6 with 2 separate living areas, an oversized fireplace, laundry and pet friendly! This is a private home with its own yard and parking - not a condo. Neighbors to the Bearfoot Creek homes. Close to all the best activities, yet just far enough away for some quiet time with the family!

Wonderful chalet! We stayed here in August 2025. We were able to bring our small dog with us on our family vacation. Very clean. Beautiful home. Super comfortable and cozy beds. Perfect place for our family of four. Each of my teenage boys enjoy their own bedroom which they loved. Conveniently located in Bartlett which is very close to must see places such as Diana's Baths, Cathedral Ledge, North Conway shops, and Theater in the Wood. Excellent and courteous communication with the property owners. We will be staying here again for sure.

Great time at Attitash

The slope side ski chalet was exactly as advertised. Clean, convenient and comfortable. The fireplaced living room was a major hit after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen is well-stocked, but with the Red Parka Pub and the Sunrise Shack just up the road, there's plenty of reasons to venture out into town as well. Attitash did not disappoint either as the conditions were great with plenty of snow-making and trails open.

Great location - some tips for others

We had a great stay. It was perfect for a family and the ability to bring our dog with us was a real bonus. Comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed a camp fire and s’mores in the fire pit in the back and the covered deck was nice when grilling in some rainy weather. A few things that might help others: the full sized bed is in the bedroom upstairs on the main floor and the queen sized and twin are in the bedrooms downstairs; all beds except the twin have footboards so if you have a taller person, it might be uncomfortable. There is no dishwasher which wasn’t really an issue for us. There are plenty of towels but you might want to bring wash cloths if you will need more than 2. The close-out includes taking out the trash and washing, drying, and putting away the dishes, and washing/ drying and folding all towels and washing and drying all sheets. Although close to the road, it was ideal for us for the access to the mountain bike trails down the street by Thorne Pond. Plenty of parking, great location, no mosquitos! You might want to bring some k-cups of your favorite coffee or stop at Grant’s if you are coming in late. A great stay, perfect for our first vacation with our young dog!

Nice little house

Perfect for small families and their animals (unfortunely our dog passed ). Nice setup with two bedrooms downstairs and nice sitting area with T.V. The upstairs living area very comfortable with television and fireplace.Only drawback...we almost were rearendrdtrying to find house..could use a couple of reflectors to tell you when you wete close.

Cute little chalet

It was a very cool little place to stay! We felt very comfortable. We wished there was a bathroom on the first floor and that there was a railing on the stairs, but otherwise had no complaints! There was more noise than we were used to with the North Conway scenic train going by during the day but obviously that’s well out of the control of the owners! Would stay again for sure. The owners were super friendly and responsive. We loved that we could bring our dog!

Thank you for the use of this beautiful property

The gracious owners worked with me in every way, unwittingly providing this humble renter his best experience in life since I was hospitalized from March-June last year (too many reasons - "the longest list" my Dr. ever saw to mention here. I was able to ski with the vision I remain blessed to have - also hike it to The Hermit Lake Shelter from Pinkham Notch. If I was a comedian I would say "better than the Hospital".

Great ski weekend

We had a great stay. As advertised, house is right behind the Abenaki quad. An easy march through the trees and from there you can access the whole mountain. There was plenty of space for our group of 4 and we loved the big central fireplace with plenty of firewood provided. Thank you for a great weekend!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay and the pictures do not do this cabin justice! So much character and you can see the Abernaki lift from the kitchen window it’s so close. We had 6 adults and our dogs and the place was perfect. No frills in true cabin style. Don let us check out late (for a small fee) when we got a ton of snow and were hesitant to get on the roads early.

Ski vacation

Great stay

Loved the Chalet. The wrap around deck, cute upstairs kitchen and plenty of space. Loved the fireplace in the upstairs living room. Amazing dog friendly space. They really thought of everything. Nice that they leave a very large dog hut for your stay. So in love with the place.

Perfect location very clean and well thought vacation home

I stayed at a lot of places and this one was one of the best. Perfect location if you’re looking to enjoy any season in the North Conway area. The owners thought of everything in the house. The fire pit in the backyard is awesome and Attitash is literally in the backyard yard. I would love to stay again. Highly recommended. Great price.

Mt Washington Adventure

The house was charming - with a touch of Christmas decor. Excellent location near Mt Washington and an abundance of restaurants. A little close to the road but no disrupting road noise. Definitely a dog friendly home. The two levels make it great for families.

Attitash ski weekend

Mountain Weekend

The property was great, even though the weather was terrible and we didn’t go on the mountain at all we all had a great time playing board games by the large fireplace. Very dog friendly, my pup also enjoyed the weekend!

fantastic ski getaway

The chalet was extremely clean, bright and was stocked with all the amenities. Very comfy cozy! Great location- ski in, ski out right at the Abernacki chair lift! Highly recommend! Thank you Don and Hanna Sheriden for the use of your home.

Ski Lift in your backyard

Overall great trip. Home was very clean. Ideal location to ski directly out of your backyard. Kitchen has everything you need. Only complaint is the beds are uncomfortable.

Great Stay!

Stayed here with my fiance, brother and his fiance and our dog. Place was VERY clean. Kitchen has everything you need from plates, pans, silverwear, etc. TONS of firewood and fireplace worked great. One thing that is out of the owners control is the operations of Attitash Mountain. It truly is ski in/ ski out from the Abenaki lift. HOWEVER, double check the mountains website as this lift doesn't always run. You are a 2 minute drive to attitash main lift and bear peak. Unfortunately, skiing was a nightmare with bear peak closed and only 2 lifts open. BUT, we had a great time and this is a great house. The owner was very responsive and pleasant to work with.

Cozy family friendly cabin

Great cabin for a family with plenty of space inside and out. Everything was super clean and easy to access. The nightly fires were a real treat!

Great location and super clean

This was a great location for us to stay. Our trip included storyland, Diana's baths, and whale tales water park( was supposed to be tubing the Saco but river was too high). My family and dogs had a great stay. Would definitely rent this property again.
