Over the place was great . The view was amazing and beautiful.The beds were a little harder than What we were use to. We sleep with a mattress pad.But it was plenty room for the 4 adults and dog. Will be staying again in this unit. Not a bad drive to down town Key West . We really enjoyed our stay.

you guys were great. It's so hard to judge what people like in beds those beds and all the furniture are brand new we might have to think about a pad to soften things up for next time. The owner prefers a firm bed and so assumes other people would also😉 we'd love to host you again. Linda

The property is clean and in an excellent location. We found check-in/check-out to be a breeze and appreciated a place to retreat to after a full day of fun. Though it was clean, we were disappointed that the posted pictures do not reflect the current condition of the inside of the property as many updates/repairs are needed to compare to the posted photos.

it's interesting we have the two bedrooms with completely new furniture new mattresses andmattress pads and everything which are not reflected in the pictures because we don't have them up yet. The pictures online for the living room room and the dining room are the same as what you found, online but which are also scheduled for a refresh which we do periodically. thank you for your constructive comments. We are all over it, and have been for the past 20 years. That's why we have an A1 reputation and bungalow.😉

Second time here, house is comfortable, clean and has the best view of Kudjoe Bay and the Atlantic. It sits on the corner of an access canal and the bay so in living area of the house you have views of both. Coffee on the covered deck in the morning you see sunrise and watch the boats heading out to open water, throughout the day check out the tropical fish by the seawalls and evening enjoy wine and watch the boats return and enjoy the colors of the sky as the sun sets behind you. Key West is a no more than a 15 minute trip and there are several restaurants in the area (Five Brothers II is highly recommended for quality, taste and price). House is well stocked with extra pillows, bed linens, towels, and kitchen has just about everything one would need to prepare a meal. It makes for a very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend.

The place was clean and served us well. We were surprised at the size of Venture Out where the property was but it could have been an oversight on our end. Pool is quite a distance away from property. Grill was very clean.

Fantastic location

Stayed with another couple and thoroughly enjoyed the cottage. The porch is an awesome place to enjoy your morning coffee and the dock is an even better place to enjoy the sunset and a glass of wine! The property has all the amenities for a great vacation.

The house had everything to stay comfortably. We stayed a week there. Enjoyed watching sunrise every morning and fished right there from the dock.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE!

We LOVED this place. When you first walk in, you can smell how clean everything is. I mean EVERYTHING! Even all the towels and bed linens smelled wonderful. Location is awesome! We really enjoyed our days at the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location!

This is our 3rd time at this property. The views are amazing, there’s an aquarium in your “backyard” with parrot fish, angelfish, barracuda, snapper, nurse sharks and we were fortunate enough to see a manatee mom and baby. The host is great and we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful!

We loved this place! We caught all kinds of fish and were even lucky enough to see a manatee and her baby all from the dock. The worst part about it was having to leave.

Perfect spot

This was our second stay at this home. It is in the perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle- not too far from Key West and convenient to groceries and supplies. The house has all you need to have a relaxing stay and enjoy the beauty of the Keys. We will be back next year!
