This meticulously appointed, spacious and private home includes: a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining area with gas grill, pool, hot tub with all the toys, hosts up to 16 people comfortably (parents with babies & kids- you'll have everything you need!), and within an easy 15 minutes of all of Omaha. With three living rooms, it means everyone can hang out together or separate into groups!

The classic mid-century home sits on an almost half acre, beautifully manicured and private lot, yet could not be in a more convenient location to the best of Omaha. One stop light away from the interstate and two to West Dodge, with a large peaceful park in the neighborhood a short walk away. Featuring a gorgeous backyard with patio, pool, and lawn and over 3,200 feet of living area including three living rooms, five real bedrooms, four and a half baths, two zone central heating/cooling systems, and washer-dryer.

Kitchen • The family chef will be delighted at the overstocked kitchen and the amenities provided including many pantry essentials. Bring the family together for lasting memories over home cooked meals.

Living Room • Gather the entire group to watch a movie or play a game while listening to one of the many vinyl records from our collection or use Bluetooth for your own playlist. The sofa and chairs comfortably seats 16.

Sunroom • Enjoy the warmth of the sun on the sofa while watching the game or in the private four-season hot tub.

Bonus Room • Located in the garage, featuring a plush, large sectional, dry bar, and kids play area with safety gates with cushioned play mats, and a second fridge.

Pool and Patio- Open Memorial Day through October 1. Lounge by the deep water pool, enjoy a game of corn hole on the lawn, and finish with dinner on the patio under the lights in your own backyard oasis and make memories around the gas firepit!

Bedrooms: no detail was overlooked in our rooms to provide you with a an easy and comfortable stay. Each bedroom has a closet, luggage rack, room darkening shades, a noise machine, reading lamps, and a place to sit.
-Master • King bed and full pull out couch, TV, and black out shades.
-Bedroom 2 • One queen, one full, and one single bed.
-Bedroom 3 • King bed and TV.
-Bedroom 4 • Two queen beds.
-Bedroom 5 • King bed and TV.
