The second floor loft area provides for a bonus living space for the kids to enjoy. The views down the Jack Nicklaus' fairway to the mountain ranges in the backdrop are incomparable.

*Access to the amenities at the Pavilion at Old Greenwood is available for an extra fee paid in advance of your arrival. Rental guest fees are $85 per night for up to 12 registered people. ***Please note that if you choose to have access to the Pavilion, the fee will be collected for each night for the duration of your stay. There will be no refund for days/passes not used. Pavilion access needs to be requested prior to arrival. No access will be issued once in residence.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 8 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- All reservations are subject to approval by owner after booking is received. Please allow 48hr for confirmation.
- A maximum of 1 dog under 30 lbs is allowed. A pet fee of $100/night will be charged. No cats or other pets permitted.
- This residence does not have A/C.
- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
