LOCATION
Joplin sits in the south-west corner of Missouri and is the largest city in Jasper County. It’s up and coming with entrepreneurs and restaurateurs doing their thing, has super highway connections with major cities like Dallas, Kansas City and Tulsa, and is a great pitstop on the world-famous Route 66.
ACCOMMODATION
The property benefits from its own entrance and Smart lock technology allows for easy self check-in. There is a driveway and garage with space for two vehicles.
LIVING ROOM
Decor is simple and uncomplicated with a comfortable two seater sofa and two armchairs centered around a coffee table. Come sunset, subtle lighting creates a relaxed ambience to chill out and settle down to an evening of viewing your favorite shows on the large 55” flat screen TV.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials as well as top quality stainless steel appliances and an aesthetically pleasing butcher’s block countertop for food prep. A dining table to seat four guests is nestled in the corner.
A small laundry area leads out from the kitchen to the large, fenced back yard.
BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms are accessed from the living room and are furnished with King-size beds and nightstands, and feature wood flooring, rugs, and ceiling fans.
