The grandeur of the sun-soaked poolside area is sure to captivate you. The backyard is a resort-like paradise, featuring a generously sized pebble tec pool where you can bask in the warm California sun. The baja shelf has 4 pool chaise lounge chairs inviting you to soak up the sun`s rays, while the bubbling jacuzzi is large enough for a group of 10. As evening falls, the pool area transforms into a magical setting, illuminated by the stars above, the soft glow of the constantly changing underwater lights and the 10 ft long fire pit that has enough seating for any large family gathering.

Undoubtedly, THE HIGHLIGHT of the pool area is the luxurious outdoor sunken kitchen area! What is the one feature no other vacation rental has that you have to fly to a resort hotel in Mexico to experience? An outdoor sunken kitchen connected with a swim up bar to a luxurious large pool. The outdoor sunken kitchen area seamlessly blends with the pool environment, offering the opportunity to go from jacuzzi to baja shelf to swim up bar to outdoor kitchen without even having to leave the backyard. Grill up delectable carne asada in the outdoor kitchen, sip on that ice cold Pacifico while soaking up the sun on the Baja shelf, relax with your friends in the immense bubbling jacuzzi, and then swim up to the bar to get another round of Pacificos! And when you are done, head on over to the fire pit to cook up some smores under the desert sky or play a game of pool under the large covered patio.

The interior of Hacienda San Miguel is equally enchanting. Each of the 6 thoughtfully designed bedrooms is adorned with a smart TV and plush Lucid mattresses and plenty of closet room, ensuring entertainment and relaxation in your private space. The living room is the perfect place to unwind, with comfortable seating and a 75 in smart tv. Connected to the living room in an open concept space is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up that large family meal: including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, every small appliance you can think of and plenty of silverware all designed in a Mexican style. The upstairs master bedroom offers a designated workspace and an en-suite bathroom complete with a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The master bathroom is designed with a gorgeous light green tile from floor to ceiling that was sourced from the town of Rosarito, Mexico. The secondary master bedroom is located downstairs and also features an en-suite bathroom. There is a second bedroom downstairs connected to the kitchen with two Queen sized bed. Upstairs are three other bedrooms: one featuring 2 twin over twin bunk beds and two other bedrooms with King sized beds. Everything inside and outside the house from the artwork, plants, paint, furniture, gorgeous tile murals, tile inside the bathrooms and pool area is designed to transport you to one of the most beautiful cities in Mexico, San Miguel De Allende.

Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.
We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.

The entirety of the backyard was striped down to be completely renovated and designed for all around entertainment.

●Pool & Spa: Newly built in 2023, smart home automation with easy spa control (pool heating: $100/day, spa heating: $25), baja shelf with 4 in-pool chaises, swim up bar with 5 in-pool bar stools. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously as is normal with most pool/spa systems. The heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating, we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Any refunds issued as a result of a guest cancellation will exclude the payment processing fee, unless the California Cancellation Policy is applicable.

- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES --

1. As per the City of Indio Policy for Vacation Rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line. All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices which will alert our team if outside noise becomes unreasonable.

2. Spa heating and pool heating are extra services: $25/day for spa heating and $100/day for pool heating which the pool will be heated to 85 degrees. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, as the heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use. If you’d like the pool heated, we require a 24 hour advanced notice to give the pool ample time to heat. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR, for the entire duration of your stay if it`s less than 3 days.

3. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

4. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

5. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.

6. No more than 6 vehicles allowed.

7. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.

8. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be charged via your booking platform.

9. An additional cleaning fee of $150 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation.

10. The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 9–13 and April 16–20, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 23–27, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.
