Cozy brick 4 bedroom home !

I'm sorry you felt this way to add a review. As I stated, and always will to all guests, if there is any issues, they can be corrected immediately. No one said the house was filthy because everything was thoroughly clean for three days. They are comfortable mattresses on all beds except for the bunkbeds admittedly. There were no little kids in the home during the day. If there are adults sleeping in children's bunk beds then there will definitely be complaints. There was a myriad of communication during this day. None of these things were said, and everything, as well as completion of the railing on the back porch was done with no one home and no entry required. That situation also was mentioned and permission given by the guest. This is an older home with Nick's and scratches throughout the hardwood floors. these guys stay for four days and what they are describing as a horrible stay. Yet, none of this was relayed during this day. Yes, there was a light fixture missing. That too could have been corrected within minutes. The guest stated that everything was OK. We also stated that there was placement AC for the one they said, had mold. When asked can we come swap it out to the new unit which takes about 15 minutes, we were told it's OK. It will not be used. This house has central air with a back up units upstairs in case it gets too hot. Everything during this day seem to be great for the guest. To say that someone stopped by not knowing the home or was no longer living There, is a bit petty. The home is not overly priced and very reasonable. The photos and the home is exactly as it is displayed online. Every. Issue that was stated in the review was mentioned the day of arrival. Corrective actions were offered as well, which were not accepted. The guest continued to stay during the duration of the booking..if a guest cannot get in contact with the host there is a number to call the host directly as well.
