Welcome to our classy and modern 2-bed 1 bath apartment located in the heart of Hollywood, California! Our building is packed with fantastic amenities, including a gym, pool area, game room, and outdoor spaces, providing you with everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Our apartments are thoughtfully designed with your needs in mind. Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed and high-quality linens to ensure a great night's sleep. It also comes with an air mattress. Fresh towels, toiletries, and other essentials are also provided to make your stay as convenient as possible. The living room has a sofa where you can sit and relax.
The apartment also boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, allowing you to prepare your own meals and dine in style.
Our building's amenities are top-notch and provide plenty of opportunities for entertainment and relaxation. Take a dip in the pool or soak up the California sun in the outdoor spaces. Stay active in the gym or challenge your friends to a game in the game room.
Our location couldn't be better - you'll be just minutes away from Hollywood's hottest attractions, including the Walk of Fame, the Chinese Theatre, and Universal Studios. You'll also be surrounded by plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

CLEANING AND CLEANING FEE ‼️

The fee is what local cleaners
charge to CLEAN the unit. It is a ONE TIME CLEANING FEE. so this service is provided only one time for your stay, unless you pay for another cleaning during your stay.


CLEANING BREAKDOWN:
vacuum/ sweep, mop, wipe and sanitize surfaces, empty trash bins 🗑 , do laundry etc.

CLEANING FEE may also cover a few common or basic household items / supplies for the first few days of a stay.

NOTE: none reusable supplies are NOT intended to be supplied for your entire stay if you are a guest staying for more than a few days.
Guest staying for more than a few days are responsible for getting their own supplies when our supplies provided finishes.

"Please do NOT move furnitures such as Beds and Couch or Sofas to avoid damage to legs"

Before checkout please take all trash that does NOT fit in the trash bins down to the dumpsters outside or the trash chute in the hallways (if you are in a building). All of our hallways have trash chutes in them for dumping trash. Very large trash can be placed in the big dumpsters that can be found on ground levels or garage.

Leaving Excessive trash or trash that is not in our trash bins in the units after checkout may result in additional charge for cleaning.
