Our stay was great. We are a party of 6 and the property suited our needs. Location is handy to the town and restaurants. We needed some extra information on day tours and transfers and both Sabina and Helga provided us with all info required. Beds were ok but could do with updating. Shared Pool area was great

This is a lovely apartment. The location is perfect - its a very short walk away from Corso Umberto and the central tourist area, but the apartment itself is very quiet, located in a peaceful complex. The apartment was nicely decorated, in a style in line with the pictures. It was very clean; the kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils you could need; bathrooms and bedrooms had all the needed basics. There is a pool (which we didn't use) and a great view from the terrace (which is a lovely place to sit out on and chat / drink/ eat). The host's property manager was there to give us the keys and explain the surroundings. She was very helpful and responsive to all our questions during our stay - also regarding arranging trips out of town.Overall we had a great stay in Taormina at this apartment, and I highly recommend it.

This was by far the best VRBO we have stayed at. The location was super, the unit was everything and more with an incredible view and the host was extremely accommodating.I will look forward to returning and would highly recommend this unit.

Property as described centrally located and easy albeit vertical walk to central Taormina. Sabrina and family very helpful for check in and questions.

A wonderful rental!

This property was ideal - comfortable, clean, terrific views, ideal location. Also, great communication in advance including flexibility when our arrival time was delayed due to a missed flight connection. We would be delighted to stay again!

The property was beautiful. Very clean and amazing views. The location was also great. Sabina was also great to communicate with and easy to get a hold of. She helped us a lot.

3 night stay

Property is beautiful and very well maintained. Check in was easy and efficient. There is a lot of stairs and a bit of a walk to town but it’s very walkable .

Exquisite place!

The flat is so spacious, the views are outstanding! It is so close to town and easy to walk to everything in town from the flat. Communication with Helga and Sabina was great throughout and Sebi Melita, the tour guide they recommend was so nice and helpful! We loved our time there.

Perfect location to enjoy Taormina!

First visit to Taormina and this apartment could not have been better. Beautiful views from the large private terrace, clean and comfortable rooms, modern kitchen, easy access for luggage in and out, a lovely infinity pool shared with the building. Walk out, up some stairs and the town for everything is right there! Our host was so great at communicating for check in and check out.

Fabulous time in Taormina

Absolutely beautiful place to call home for us 5 senior women. Each had our own space and yet plenty of places to gather. The many steps gave us a workout and we were all stronger when we left. The best feature is the balcony which is large and overlooks the magnificent shoreline to the north. We would highly recommend this property and would come back in a flash.

Best short walk to Taormina and quiet apartment with view

We had a wonderful time in our apartment. Communication with Sabina was very timely and helpful. She helped navigate us to a market. She helped find a driver for 8 to Mt Etna and wine tour. The location was a short walk to Taormina. The pool and grounds are well kept. So much to do and explore.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Taormina. Amazing views along the coast from the main terrace and main bedroom of the apartment and it has a large pool with beds and shade. Easy and quick access into the town (although there are steps but for us it was not an issue) as well as to the cable car for the beach. All the facilities met our needs including working air con. Having a garage for the rental car was also really useful. Sabina was in contact ahead of the stay and met us on arrival to explain all we needed to know. All in all it was a fantastic few days at the property.

Spacious Apartment in Taormina

We stayed in the apartment for several weeks and it was wonderful. You cannot beat the view. This apartment building is gated and includes a parking spot. The grounds were kept up and the pool was open but we did not swim. It is in walking distance to all the downtown action! Sabina was available for questions and was quick to respond to a minor issue. We really enjoyed our stay.

Taormina respite

This is a great location, fantastic garage, and helpful agent. This was our first three nights in Sicily. Once we figured out the path to get to town, we LOVED this place. One large bedroom, three smaller ones. Only odd thing was the throws on all the furniture to protect upholstery. The throws coordinated nicely, but was not as pictured. The covered patio was wonderful, in both morning and evening.

Great location, clean, and PARKING

Parking in Taormina is challenging, and this apartment can fit 2 cars in the underground garage. From there, the restaurants, shops, cable car down to the beach by Isola Bella are just a few minutes walk away (with stairs). The property had slipcovers/fabric over all seating areas, so it isn’t quite as pictured. It has the space you need, but is dated and could use new towels, more wine glasses and kitchen utensils, as well as a Nespresso or a drip coffee maker. 1 cup at a time in a moka pot does not suffice for a home that sleeps 6 or 7.

Great Location 10 minutes to town by foot.Great View, nice pool although Hot tub not working. The worst Host we've ever had, did not explain process to get in and out of property. Condition of unit very poor and not as advertised. Kitchen poorly equipped, no help as requested to stock food prior to arrival. Slip covers on Furniture. Bed was basically on the floor in Master. Small second Bedroom and tiny basically toddlers 3rd bedroom. Flavio pretty useless at check and Sabina our on phone contact could not communicate any way except what's app. Stay away.

Unbeatable location - great apartment

Our group of four adults had a great three-day stay. The outdoor space is especially inviting with its incredible views and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well-equipped (no microwave). Two of the three beds were very comfortable; the third had a harder surface. While it's no fault of the owner, the small porthole size windows in the upstairs bedrooms are disappointing as they provide minimal light and views. Very important to us was the ease with which we could park our car in the downstairs garage. There are just over 100 steps to get down to the main street in Taormina from the apartment, which was no problem for us but may be a consideration for some guests. Our host, Helga, was terrific and responsive to all of our questions. We would highly recommend this accommodation to other travelers.

Outstanding in every way!

We stayed at Helga’s apartment right in Taormina from October 17 - 24, 2019. There were 5 of us. 3 adults and 2 children (1 and 3 years). This property was absolutely perfect for us in every way and thoroughly exceeded our expectations. Although we were pleased with the pictures of the property online before arriving, I must say that in this case, the pictures did not do it justice. This apartment had a perfect mix of elegance and charm inside of a spacious modern apartment. Helga has a very good feel for design, which is evident throughout the apartment. The kitchen was FULLY STOCKED. We had no need for anything. The bedrooms very spacious with comfortable mattresses/pillows etc. The most incredible part of the apartment was the huge private patio with AMAZING view. Truly breathtaking. Couldn’t think of a better view to enjoy espresso in the morning, or enjoy a nice meal in the evening. Perhaps even better than the view (if this is possible?), was the location. It was literally less 200 meters from the apartment until were were strolling in Taormina amongst the little shops and restaurants. I think this was ideal, because you were removed from any street noise, but such a short walk to get morning cappuccino. The walk from the apartment to Taormina was gorgeous too. A lush very private garden path which winds its way around the exterior of the apartment complex in style. Sabina (property manager) was extremely helpful with any questions or requests we had during our stay. Thank you for this Sabina! We would HIGHLY recommend this apartment for ANYONE travelling to Taormina. You will not be disappointed! Thank you very much Sabina and Helga!!

La situation géographique était parfaite. On a pu faire plusieurs choses à pied. Logement très confortable. Le seul point négatif c’est qu’il y a une pancarte qui indique que la piscine est fermée en après-midi. Personne ne se baignait. Les enfants étaient très déçus. Heureusement j’ai demandé à quelqu’un sur place et il m’a dit d’y aller calmement.

Beautiful terrace and view!

Very nice property with a huge terrace and gorgeous view of the water. It also is in a perfect location with just a short walk leading to all the restaurants and shops of Taormina. The property manager Sabina was very friendly and helpful and very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend staying here.

Excellent Stay

Helga's apartment was what I expected and then some. Visiting Taormina now for 10 plus years, I have stayed in many locations as my family has grown. We had 3 kids and I cannot stress how convenient it was to able to park in a garage and take an elevator to the unit. The Housekeeper Sabina was the most accessible host I have ever had and was very accommodating. As with most properties with parking and a pool in Taormina, they are typically not right on the city center Corso Umberto. However, this was as close as you can get with a minimum number of stairs to the main road again thanks to the elevator. It is very easy to find which is important for those not familiar with the Town. I highly recommend this location.
