The room was very clean and you can't beat the location. Walkable to everything we were interested in seeing. We didn't move our car for the entire 3 days we were there! Great food/drink/shopping all within walking distance.The rental company was wonderful to work with and very accommodating!!

Good: Location, Check-in, Shower. Bad: Lots of upfront paperwork and sign offs, far more than anywhere Iā€™ve ever stayed. Coffee maker inoperable. Contact with company poor, instead of providing coffee filter, I was told to follow a video and ā€œread your paperworkā€. Follow up nonexistent.

Manual vac completely clogged with dirt and grime.

Wonderful condo

We had a wonderful stay in downtown Black Mountain in this spacious one-bedroom. Very clean and minimalist design. As others have said, you can do and see a lot without the use of your car. It does get loud at nite but we did have our windows open because of the warm weather.

Perfect location

BM is an awesome mountain town, and this rental is perfect for exploring the town and surrounding area. You can park your car on Friday and not need it again until itā€™s time to leave!!! Thereā€™s so much to do within walking distance!!! Enjoy!!!

Great Getaway!

We loved the loft apartment. It was centrally located downtown, convenient to all the shops and restaurants. The loft was very roomy with an open floor plan. The living room and bedroom were very large with lots of light. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The shower was great; the kitchen had ample room and needed utensils; however, take note, there was no microwave. We had a little trouble getting into the main door; the electronic keypad was a bit wonky, but someone came to help us immediately. We were the first people to stay there and initially we had internet issues. The agents worked with us and they tried their best to get it right. Before we left, the owner came (super nice) with an internet provider to upgrade the service in the apartment. So, I'm sure they have that problem fixed by now. It was very clean. We would not hesitate to stay there again. It really was a lovely place, 5 stars all the way around.
