Excellent stay! Home was incredibly clean and fit all 15 of us comfortably. Loved the hot tubs and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Host incredibly responsive and kind. We will definitely be back!

It's an amazing house,.. fully equipped with anything you would need. The outdoor area is perfect for hanging out with friends and family, and the beach right up the street.

The house was amazing! Our host Victor was fabulously responsive when we had issues with the front door lock and house heating, which he took care of within minutes of our arrival. House amenities featuring the fully stock kitchen facilities were wonderful. Bedrooms/beds were lovely and comfortable. Bathrooms and showers (water temp/water pressure) were great! We even had 2 members of our group brave the below-freezing outdoors to enjoy the hot tub!

We had a beautiful weekend in the quaint and welcoming town of Rockport in this historic, well preserved, comfortable home. Victor was a great and responsive host, our group of 8 professional touring acoustic musicians has a great weekend stay. The 9 full bedrooms and 3.5 baths worked out perfect for our group. We will certainly hope to stay here in the future.

Vacation Getaway

The house was perfect! Plenty of space for our group of 17 to spread out and not feel like you were on top of each other. Love the different levels in the backyard. Walking distance to the beach. Would certainly book this house again.

Amazing stay

Short drive to activities and beach. Quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed using the swim spa and the lights near the deck were really cute. House had everything we needed and more.

Rockport Family Vacation

The Home was a perfect property for our large family vacation. Plenty of space for our 5 sons, spouses, and 3 grandchildren. Beautiful house, well appointed, plenty of supplies, clean, and very comfortable home. Great outdoor space. Great location. Walking distance to park, beach and downtown Rockport. I would highly recommend this home to anyone with a large family

Great house and host!

We loved the house and had an awesome and productive work trip. The nearby area has plenty of outdoor activities and places to dine. Victor was an amazing host and was very communicative and flexible throughout our stay and even afterwards. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and requests and I highly recommend this location, and any other rentals he may manage. Thank you, Victor!

Victor’s house was our home during my niece’s graduation last weekend. We had enough room to accommodate all 17 of us plus another 8 the day of the graduation. We enjoyed the hot tubs and the deck. Victor was proactive in all our communication. My family wants to come back here for another graduation next year.

Beautiful home for family weekend

We loved our stay in this home - such a beautiful home with so much character. With 9 bedrooms there was plenty of room for our family of 16. Kitchen was pretty fully stocked as were the bathrooms. Victor was a very responsive host. Would love to come back to this home in the summer to explore Rockport in the summer. Would highly recommend this house for large parties.

Perfect Family Reunion House

Our group of 18 had a wonderful week and we all loved the house. The house is charming, spacious and well appointed. The 9 bedrooms were perfect to accommodate our large party. The yard had a great back deck for grilling, a fire pit for s’mores, a hot tub and a lap pool which was like a giant hot tub. The location was great for walking into town, going to shops, bearskin neck and restaurants. The property manager was great and very helpful when we needed anything.

Great place for work retreat

This was a perfect work retreat for our small company. There are nine bedrooms and every room had at least a double bed. Mattresses and pillows were super comfortable. Victor was perfect about communication and got back with us with any questions. Check in and check out procedures were super easy. The house is meticulously clean and well kept and a short walk from amazing restaurants and the beach. Would definitely rent the house again if I was in the area.

This property was absolutely fantastic! Our group of 10 librarians were extremely comfortable and each had plenty of room to spread out! Only 2 of us shared a room and even in this room both beds were full size and extremely comfy! None of us felt like we were in the kids bed/room. The swim spa is a must when you stay! It was overall a wonderful experience from the house to exploring the beautiful town and shops! On top of all this, the owner was so kind and responsive to any questions.

Our 15 kids and grandkids celebrated our wedding next to the fireplace... it was fabulous!

Our immediate family of 15 stayed for a long weekend for our wedding. The accommodations were grande, the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms were comfortable, the dining room and sitting rooms held us all for meals, art and music and just plain relaxed. We'd come back in a minute! thank you for providing such a place to make new memories!

Magical 'Reunion" Weekend!

Victor's home was the absolute perfect place for a large group of us have a weekend "reunion" in Rockport. The house was beyond spectacular -- gorgeous, comfortable, and perfectly located to walk to Bearskin Neck and the water. We enjoyed the hot tub (the biggest we had ever seen!) and the kitchen was the best appointed we've ever experienced in a rental property. The beds were extremely comfortable and we spent hours hanging out in the living spaces just chatting and enjoying each other. Check-in was effortless and Victor responded immediately to a few simple questions we had. There literally wasn't *anything* that could've been improved. If you have the chance to stay in Victor's gorgeous home, you should do it!

Ideal getaway for large groups

This house was the perfect spot for our group of 5 couples to get away and reconnect with each other. There are many sitting and gathering areas to chat, do a puzzle or other relaxing activities. The house offers many bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen was modern and well appointed. The outside deck area is spectacular with a huge hot tub all warmed up and ready to go for a nice relaxing soak. It's a short pleasant walk to Rockport harbor and all the shops and art galleries.It was a little early in the season but the beach looked like a great spot to spend an afternoon and it is easy walking distance from the house.Victor is a very easy person to deal with and is very responsive to any questions that arise.We would all recommend this house as a great spot for large groups to gather and relax.
