This newly remolded pet-friendly house is only a short walk to the beach. Aqua Splash is designed for the ultimate in relaxation and entertainment. Step inside the white picket fence and immerse yourself in the lush landscaping surrounding this vacation home. Gather the family for a meal in the expansive screened room overlooking the sparkling private swimming pool.

Entertaining is a breeze at Aqua Splash, especially with the fully fenced backyard, complete with features including an outdoor dining table, custom-built bar, charcoal grill, ceiling fans, and an additional refrigerator.

Aqua Splash comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two living areas, kitchen, and separate laundry room. The kids will enjoy the bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and a cozy den featuring a pull-out sofa, games, and a big-screen TV. The large driveway accommodates up to four cars or a large boat. Additional parking can be found streetside.

St. Joe Beach, known for its kid and pet-friendly atmosphere and smaller crowds, is three blocks from your door. The calm waters are perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking. You're only a short drive from the bustling hubs of Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach, where you can explore local restaurants and shops. The large pool also ensures you will enjoy your vacation during those red-flag beach days.

This was our second time staying here and we really enjoyed it. The house is very clean; the yard is well maintained. We loved being to swim on the pool. It’s a quick walk to the beach. We will definitely be coming back for another year!!

We had a great time here. The beds were comfortable, and The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the ping pong table, and the pool was great! We would come again. The homeowner is kind and quick to answer questions if you have any. It was one of our best family vacations.

This property was the perfect getaway that our family needed!HOUSE: Very clean! 2 bunk beds, 2 rooms with 2-person beds. Smart TVs in all living rooms and bedrooms, except bunk room. Good wifi. Keurig for coffee, so bring your K-cups. Gas stove/oven, plenty of plates, silverware, etc. Fridge in kitchen and a 2nd on back porch, so lots of space to keep drinks and food cool.POOL: Clean and excellent! 5 feet deep and less in shallow end. Plenty of lounge chairs, pool floats, and outside games. We spent the majority of our time in the pool for the week. There is also a nice screened in porch that overlooks the pool, making easy and comfortable to monitor people in the pool without having to sit in the direct sun.PETS: Dog-friendly, and our 2 loved it! The yard, front and back, is immaculate, and the grass is soft without any of the sandspurs that usually come with beach yards. You do need to pick up your pets' waste, so if that isn't your normal routine, you will need to make it your routine during your stay here. It's worth it to keep the yard inviting and fantastic.LOCATION: 3 blocks from public beach access, and about a 10-minute drive to historic downtown Port St. Joe. Don't need a golf cart unless you just want one for the 3-block jaunt to and from the beach. It was just as easy to walk to the beach or hop in the car to go anywhere else we wanted.FOOD: Shipreck for seafood. Bruno's and Joe Mama's for pizza. Sister's Bistro for breakfast. More to explore downtown!

Overall, our stay was nice. The house is beautiful, the yard is quite sizable, and the saltwater pool was great for hanging out after having enough of the beach. The dogs enjoyed running around in the fenced yard. The kitchen was also great for cooking, and we loved being able to eat outside on the screened porch. There were a couple of issues for our family with the house rules. The fact that it is billed as "dog friendly," but pets aren't allowed on the furniture inside or out, and they aren't allowed in the pool, does not seem dog friendly to me. Our dogs are wherever we are. It was not a great scenario. Additionally, I can appreciate that a well-manicured lawn takes care, but not being able to sleep in on my vacation because sprinklers were beating my bedroom window from 6:45 a.m. to a little after 8:00 a.m. EVERY SINGLE DAY was not pleasant.The massive signage everywhere warning against any grease near any drain was also a little off-putting. You can’t have lotion or anything on when you get in the shower. I don’t know what people are supposed to do about skin care.It is nice to stay somewhere pretty, but at some point, you want to be comfortable on vacation. That many rules feel more like staying in a museum than a restful retreat. I think for many people this would be the dream stay because of style and cleanliness, but I warn those who have “fur babies” and are just looking for a place to relax against the policies. This may not be the place for you.

Fishing Trip

The house was clean and has everything you need for your stay. The backyard was awesome for our dog and the pool was clean and big!! Also plent of parking for our boat and truck in driveway with extra room. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Wonderful Vacation

Wonderful property. Very cozy. Pool was amazing. Dogs loved the fenced in back yard. The property had everything you needed. You could walk to the beach from the house in less then 10 mins. Shopping and places to eat also within 10 mins. The little town of Pot St Joe is a must see. Would stay here again.

Family Vacation

The house was very clean! Yard and pool were well maintained! The yard was perfect for our dog!! We really enjoyed the pool!! Close walk to the beach! The board games were fun to play at night! Hosts were easy and quick to communicate with.

Perfectly Imperfect

The house was a perfect place for teenagers or children- seemed to have everything necessary for a nice stay with options for beach, pool, cooking , indoor and outdoor play, yet it was not so perfect that one felt uncomfortable allowing teens to be teens.and at home with water, sand, and sun.

Great place to stay

Loved the back yard and screened in area. Short drive to the beach. I would only recommend walking if you weren’t planning on carrying much. Our family enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Vacation House!

We loved our stay at Aqua Splash. 5 adults and 3 dogs for 5 blissful days. The house was extremely clean and check in was so easy! The pool and backyard were fantastic- tons of space for the dogs and lots of stuff for the humans in the pool (floats, beach cart, chairs, noodles, basketball, etc) and the screened in back porch was wonderful for game night and lunches!! I HIGHLY recommend renting a golf cart if you plan on going back and forth to the beach a lot. We did and it was the best money spent. If you're beach minimalists- the walk is easy from the house and there is TONS of car parking at the beach access too! We were able to hop on the golf cart for dinner (Shipwrecked is the best shrimp I've ever had) and quick store runs also. Great communication with the hosts and that was very much appreciated! 10/10

Family friendly

Very pleased with our stay! We had 6 kids and 4 adults. Plenty of things to keep the kids busy during down time. Homeowners were very kind and responsive! We will consider staying here again!
