🚗 Parking Information: Guests have access to one designated parking spot in the driveway. Additional vehicles may be parked on the street; however, the City of Milwaukee requires an overnight parking permit. These permits are valid for up to 3 consecutive nights and can be easily requested free of charge through the city’s official website.

* Please be aware that a $500 fine will be imposed for smoking inside the property. - The unit is pet-friendly but with certain limitations. Guests must notify the host at the time of booking if they wish to bring a pet and provide details including the number of pets (limit of 2), size and breed, and confirmation that pets are potty-trained and well-behaved.
- A non-refundable $100 pet fee applies per stay, and the owner must agree to cover any damages or additional cleaning costs exceeding this fee.
- Owners are required to clean up after their dogs.
- Dogs may not be left alone in the unit if they are prone to excessive barking or destructive behavior.
