Our condo is steps away from open ocean views, where you can fish off the docks, lounge under one of the many Tiki huts, or cool off in the vast elevated swimming pool that overlooks the Atlantic. There`s one gate pass inside the condo. They cost $150.00 to replace. They are the responsibility of the guest. If lost they will be charged $150.00 to replace. We ask you take all garbage down to the dumpster marked OIFV before leaving. Anything you are not taking with you please put down in the dumpster. There`s a $100.00 charge for garbage left behind.
