The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a delicious meal or to enjoy a snack. Gather around our dining table that seats eight (highchair available if needed) or enjoy the outdoor patio furniture.
Master Bedroom (Downstairs): and one upstairs,
King size bed, nightstand, 80’ TV, large closet with hangers and luggage rack, and in suite bathroom. The bathroom comes with a single sink, and a very large walk-in shower. Linens and some hygiene products are provided.
Bedroom 2:
Two queen size beds, nightstand, 70’ TV, large closet with hangers and luggage rack, and en suite bathroom. The bathroom comes with a single sink, and a very large walk-in shower. Linens and some hygiene products are provided.
Master Bedroom (Upstairs):
King size bed, nightstand, 65’ TV, two large closets with hangers and luggage rack, and en suite bathroom. The bathroom comes with a double sink, a large walk-in shower and a stand-alone soaking tub. Linens and some hygiene products are provided.
Bedroom 3:
Queen size bed, nightstand, 65’ TV, large closet with hangers and luggage rack, and attached to the Jack N Jill Bathroom.
Bedroom 4:
Twin Trundle Bed that converts into 2 Twin Beds, large closet with hangers and luggage rack, and attached to the Jack N Jill Bathroom. Pack n Play is available if needed.
Jack N Jill Bathroom:
The bathroom comes with a double sink and walk-in shower. Linens and some hygiene products are provided.
Living Room:
Wind down on our spacious oversized couch and enjoy a movie or watch sports on our 75in flat screen Smart TV with COX cable and high-speed internet (up to 300mbps).
Family Room:
Enjoy each other’s company with two sofas and a large table to play board games or cards or if you prefer to enjoy a good book in the reading nook adjacent to the Family Room.
Laundry:
Don’t want to go home with dirty laundry? Don’t worry, we provide a large capacity washer and two full size dryers with complementary laundry soap and dryer sheets. An ironing board is available if needed.
Parking:
We provide a two-car garage which can easily hold two smaller cars or one larger vehicle. Full size RV parking or overflow parking to rear of the property.

Pool/Jacuzzi:
After a long day of enjoying the various activities please unwind and enjoy our beautiful sparkling pool and jacuzzi. THE POOL/JACUZZI IS HEATED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. We like to keep pool around 85 degrees and jacuzzi at around 100 degrees.
Backyard:
Nicely landscaped backyard with outdoor furniture, loungers, and built-in Kitchen with BBQ grill, seating for 12. The outdoor hanger garage is full of games for the kids and families to enjoy. Ping Pong, shuffleboard, basketball and cornhole. Also featuring a sports center with 3 tv's. Enjoy the quiet Nevada sunsets with the cool breezes on our patio furniture and enjoy a refreshing Pale Ale or a crisp Pinot Grigio.
Security:
Safety is our number one priority! We offer a Yale door lock with touchscreen number pad, Nest outdoor security cameras, Carbon Monoxide alarm, Smoke alarms throughout the home, and a fire extinguisher is provided and available in the laundry room. We also have a first aid kit that is also stored in the laundry room.

Once you have booked and paid for your stay, then you will be notified with full access to our home rules and check-in/check-out instructions. Please read thoroughly and agree to all house rules before booking can be complete.
No parties or events are permissible!
Our home is in a nice, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood and noise level will be kept to a minimum. Noise ordinance in Clark County is 10PM – 7AM and everyone in the home can be fined up to $250 each.
Violation of our rules will result in IMMEDIATELY vacating the property with no refund.
NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. We love our fur babies but understand that people can be highly allergic and so we ask that you leave your fur babies with a trusted family or friend. If you are traveling with your fur babies then we can recommend some amazing animal hotels in the Vegas area.
